tastebudsmack. this place is right in the heart of downtown atlanta. i had lunch here and was very impressed. the "fried fish (bass) sandwich special" was moist, tender, and had the perfect crunchy texture. i noticed the dill in the spread and thought the chopped green tomatos was a great marriage of flavor mixed into the sandwich. to drink i had the demon d 'or which paired nicely with my meal. it was light, smooth, rich, and packs a 8.5% punch. it unexpectedly knocked me out when i got home that afternoon.
i love that the beers are brewed in house, and that they taste great, of course. there is a bar upstairs, where you can see these beautiful copper beer tanks. alexis was my bartender/server and she did wonderfully keeping me satisfied with prompt service and short, quick humor. the atmospere was probably one of my favorite things. funny references to beer on the wall and it just has a warm welcoming feeling to it.
