mexican special. i get this everytime i go to maudies. order it and this is what you do. the crispy beef taco will come out quickly after you place your order. do not pick it up to eat it. crunch it up and mix it with the avocado salad, and tomatoes. now put a huge chip full of sala on that and go to town. once you finish that your meal should be out. i always make my enchiladas stewed ground beef, and i suggest you do the same or make one cheese and one beef. the ground beef here is sooo awesome. theflavorof the enchiladas is amazing. thank you maudies for many wonderful meals.
