beautiful ambience with great choice of drinks and desserts. loved the overall vibe and the experience.

came here to enjoy tea with a friend in a beautiful cafe. however the food and service were both stale and such a disappointment. sigh! we ordered the saffron milk cake which was dry with barely any milk to soak it in. next was the shawarma bites, it felt like we were having a bad minced chicken sandwhich with oily chips. for drinks we had an overpriced teabag and passion fruit, apple ginger juice which was the only thing fresh on the menu. i would not bother with this place even if they were having a great dinning discount.

had various dishes, ranging from salads, dynamite shrimps, sliders etc. everything was tasty and well cooked. the service level is great! the only issue is the congested seating area, keeping in view the covid situation.

you cannot fault the food, however a restaurant is also part service. and in that aspect it fails! we went for breakfast this morning and got ignored by the waitress, finally got a table and was service was sighs and silent gestures. had to wait 10 minutes before i got service to place my order. although the food comes out quick. the coffee is tiny for the price.
the waitress is rude and needs to be more talkative. you need a person who will atleast talk and tell you “enjoy”. when we finished or rushed to finished as my plate was cleared without even asking.
i had to wait 20 minutes for the bill. because after asking the waitress she forgot. so had to reflag her down which was more difficult then should’ve been when the restaurant is empty. your manager doesn’t even pay attention to unhappy customers.

very good food, the desset triple chocolate heaven was very good so delicious and chocolate-y. a good choice of dessert if craving something. mains and breakfast were the best, a good english breakfast. sliders, boneless wings and tenders.

fantastic food, great service, relaxed vibes, love this place! this is our third visit here with friends and we just love dining and the atmosphere in this cafe. it almost feels like you could be abroad enjoying a coffee in a small quaint cosy spot in the middle of paris or brussels.

this is always a family choice for a comfy relaxed evening with good food. hats off to the chef honesty. every dish is heavenly and a true treat for eyes. amazing tastes and excellent service. i love their salad, kids love pasta and burger and hubby enjoys steak. desserts are so creative and tasty. a must must try place 👍 thank you team for amazing experience every time.

classic burger , jad to be redone. the bun was cold. although taste was good and well cooked and perfected with sauce
caju prawns were average , they could have been crispy
spicy dynamite fires were amazing. not too spicy as the name suggests but great in texture with balanced sauces and cheese .
well informed staff.

mara at wasl51 is one of the most visited cafes. the interiors are sublime with good spaced tables . it's a frequent jaunt for local emiratis . we ordered the duo fries which is usual + sweet potato fries drizzled with cheesy sauce & caramel onions . the sweet potato ones were yumm with this combo . we also ordered lotus dream which is a brownie with ice cream topped with lotus sauce & lotus crumble .who can resist this divino ? zomato pro has a 20% discount so yay!!

i went here for a quick cup of coffee but i was really disappointed with the menu!
hardly 1-2 options for hot cup of coffee and i really didn’t like the taste either! i ordered cortado with brazil and new zealand beans! the size was small priced at 24 dhs!
not worth it! 👎🏻

the air conditioning was not working and it was too hot in the restaurant. half of the drinks on the menu were not available and since the waiters were unaware and uninformed about this they asked us to change our drink order about 3 times. the taste and quantity of the food was good. staff and ambience require improvement.
