good restaurant-8th st.. i found the service to be amazing. i noticed that not only was my waitress friendly but so were the others serving in the near by areas. the food is obviously not frozen but made from scratch which i really enjoyed. some of the prices were a little high but there was a good selection of lower priced items as well especially those on the lunch menu. one must remember that restaurants are constantly hiring new people so you may end up with a new server. if you are good to your server they will be great to you and remember to try to tip well as servers are making min wage and are working to create a good dining experiance when you are unable to have a meal at home.

looks can be deceiving. the place looks great - too bad the food is mostly bought-in frozen foods reheated and overpriced. with a real chef and new menu this could be a great place. the lounge isn't too bad for drinks though.

manos on 8th. beautiful renovations, very busy place and the food is good! i have started frequenting the deck with my friends when we would've usually gone to earls. the lemon chicken rice soup is to die for, i've never had it better anywhere.

it was okay...that's it.. great service from our waiter simon. it was a very elaborate place to be serving such average food. my wife had an omelet and fresh fruit which she thoroughly enjoyed. i kept looking for the perfect burger......it wasn't here! another dried out burger for me! can't anyone make a decent hamburger in this city?! $26 which included 20% tip.

this place sucks.. arrogant managers and rude staff. crap food and high prices. portions used to be big but now are small.

i ordered take-out a bit ago and when i got home i noticed how small the meal was. i paid almost $30 for veal cordon blue. it was gross... the 'veal' was process and formed and deep fried in dirty oil and the side vegetables were ridiculous. i got 2 carrot pieces, and 2 tiny potato pieces. i was infuriated, so i called them. they said that was the normal portion and i shared my opinion. i wasn't rude but he was.

expensive and mediocre. i went to mano's not along ago for dinner. they're attempting to be high end. the room is attractive enough and the service was ok, but the food is just so-so and really overpriced for the quality. we had 2 fish entrées and a half liter of house wine. that's all, and the bill, with tip, was over $80. as another reviewer said, the food is way too heavy on fat and salt. the fish was overcooked and served with converted rice. not fine dining, no matter what the prices say.

way to pricey. i used to like the lounge for drinks and dinner, but it has gotten so expensive for what you get. with so many 'greek' restaurants in saskatoon, mano's just isn't exclusive or fancy enough to be fine dining.lunches are still pretty reasonable and good.

this place sucks , the food isn't good at all and it's way too expensive for what they give you. the only thing that i like is what it looks like inside.
