if you are a chicken lover and looking for some good butter chicken, this place is definitely not for you. today i visited this restaurant after long time and encountered with the worst butter chicken ever.
whoever the chef here, i want him to know that butter chicken is made in tomato gravy with lot's of butter and cream which makes it a little bit sweeter. as you can see the photos, there's was very little butter and no cream and all i got was just spices. what i received in the name of butter chicken was a regular chicken curry which was damn spicy and chicken was also not that tender that i expect from a fine dine restaurant.
about the sitting, i asked waiter 2-3 times to shift us on the regular sitting space which was a bit neat and tidy but he insist us to sit in a corner space which was below the actual sitting space and next to us all the things like vessels, tissue papers and all were kept so it felt like we were eating in a store room.
earlier,mangocurry used to be one of the best restaurant in terms of food quality and service but it seems like in last 2-3 years it lost it's fine dine charm.
not at all recommended.
