mamma mia - mayfair lagoon

i went here with my friends and this place has agreat looks and environment. the cakes out here is delicious and so was the  enchiladas. though the burger was not that good. the service was good as expected . so if i get a chance to come to bhubaneswar , would go mamma mia for sure.

i head straight to mamma mia whenever i am in bbsr, not just because of the quality of food ngreatservice but also to try out new n interesting dishes. no other restaurant or cafe in bbsr experiments with their dishes so much as mayfair does. tried the black quinoa salad for the first time which the chef said is made from organic ingredients. to hell with the ingredient source, i am a food lover n taste is what counts for me. chef gourav i loved it. imma search for d same dish wen i travel back to bangalore dis weekend.

went here on a sunday evening.
i had pesto penne pasta and harisha grilled chicken.. earlier they got the alfredo pasta, then changed. then they got veg, again changed. so there was miscommunication for the order... it got changed 2 times. but they served us right with very well behaviour. they have us complimentary lime soda for wrong order.
the chicken was fine, soft and juicy. taste was okay.
ambience wasn't thatgreatinside cafe. but good for photogenic pictures in the day time.

its really agreatplace for family and cosy dining ideas with friends! i love the courteous staff and greenery around the dining! food isgreatthough they have very less options in fish! tried their turkey which was a little cold and tough to eat, taste was good tough! i really love the hummus and salads! tried some raan which were again heart winning! its one of my favourite for dining with my family! 😍

mama mia is a part of mayfair lagoon located in jaydev vihar, bhubaneshwar. one of the most visited restaurants in the city. all kinds of crowd are found her ranging from family gatherings to college students or be it professional workers. it has an amazing ambience themed both classy and simple. the music, food, courteous staff all sum up to agreatexperience.
foods tried - mac n cheese 🧀, chicken burger 🍔
drinks - red wine 🍷
desserts - macroons, browine and red velvet pastry 🍰🧁

this is one of the best place to have something sweet stuff.from pastries,tart they have it all and being situated as a part of mayfair there is no need to speak of ambience as mamma mia is absolutely good.they even have an adjoining restro type area were one can have other foods,there's also a live kitchen and the staff are alsogreatand yes i recommend you would have to be high on bucks if you are ever visiting it.

the ambience isgreatas always. i ordered thin crust pizza with mud pie icecream. taste was okay and serving time was too late considering the number of items we ordered.

this is the best place in bhubaneswar to satisfy the sweet cravings. each and every item present in the menu is prepared withgreatdetailing. taste is super amazing.
also the staff is very friendly and polite.
a place one should definitely visit!

prices are affordable but a bit steep.
easily one the best dessert parlours in the city also with pastas that are a must try!
also definitely try the
grilled fish with lemon butter sauce and the smoked baby corn.

angreatplace that serves food and desserts, they serve excellent continental dishes. we had ordered a spaghetti bolognese, mexicana lamb pizza and ham and mushroom pie.
for desserts, we had ordered blueberry and raspberry cheesecake and a creme brulle. the creme brulle was out of the world, but the raspberry cheesecake was okay.
the staff were very polite and quick. worth a visit!

for mama mia i must start with the ambience. interesting theme . specially love the frames you find as soon as you enter the place. food is good notgreat. but a good place to hangout with your friends. i liked the vibe of the place, hence would rate it a 4.5/5

this is my favourite cafe in bhubaneswar. i don’t even remember i have been there for how many times. this is the best place to hangout with your buddies withgreatfood and ambiance. pastries are over there are all time favourite. and pizza 🍕 was so crispy and delicious. yum yum 😋

bas insta mein photo daalna hai toh kha lena. pasta was bad and so was the sizzler. the price is high (but obvious) and the quantity of serving will suffice just 1 person. food may lookgreatbut taste was so-so.

best place in eat in mayfair would be lemon grass.
alternatives to mamma mia would be every other eatery in kiit road.

one of the dependable places for european cuisine in the city is mamma mia at hotel mayfair lagoon and resorts.
so we were in a group of six people and decided to go for a dinner at this restaurant. the place has a own dedicated bakery section,beautifully made in whites and adorning posters from the famous musical production mamma mia. it also has a proper sit in restaurant and a more relaxed al-fresco dining space. the ambience, if not the best, still gives a feel of a plush and luxurious eating place.

we ordered for a barbecue chicken pizza (₹525) which was a thin hand stretch pizza filled with veggies and chicken chunks. the taste and presentation was good but the pizza base could have been cooked for a minute more and should have been a bit more saucy. the grill salmon (₹575) was a huge fillet of salmon fish grill and served with various sides. again the salmon tasted great, it was moist and appropriately spiced, but was overcooked by a couple of minutes which meant the flesh was bit chewy. the lobster thermidor (₹1200) was probably the best you would eat in the town, was perfectly cooked, was hot and creamy. grill chicken (₹625) tasted good, was properly cooked, the chicken was soft and moist. in any other place this would have been agreatmeal experience but the prices the place demands, i demand a bit more perfection in the meal.
generally the place is known for itsgreatservice but that day we had a newbie serving our table and was busy goofing up things, but that was a one of the rare experience at the place. their bakery is too one of the best in the city and has a certain fan following.

two years back when the city was still struggling with good restaurants and cafes, mayfair and it's restaurants was the few only good options of the city.

this place is amazing.🌟🌟🌟🌟 ambience is awesome.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 food served here is also great. my personal favourites are choco fanstasy pastry and chessboard pastry. overall it's agreatone though expensive. it's a must try place in town.
