madfoon al khaimah - مطعم مدفون الخيمة

today i realise the fact please don't go behind any of the reviews which you seen in zomato because i'm a victim i ordered 2chickenmandi  from this restaurant and i really disappointed with the taste of mandi and i don't feel like i'm having a mandi while eating and also they charged extra  4aed as service charge which i never seen in any restaurant infact my location is just 10 mins away from their shop .if anybody planing to go this restaurant  please don't go its a request from my side....

so generally ive had a good experience, except for the last time and today.. the food was awful, meat was hard,chickenseemed hard .. sad to have this feeling to not to go again. :(

i'm in luv with theirchickenmandi, it's really wow..
prices and sizes is excellent..
only one thing they didn't stick exactly to the notes you give in phone while making the order..

one more thing, the staff is really really amazing and this worth too much .. ❤️❤️❤️

wallahi, worst mandi place i visited in my 14 years stay in uae, mandichickencan be in top worst foods i had in my entire life, basically its boiledchickenwith bad smell and bad spices, every food in the restaurant smell like dirty goats and thechickenis disaster. i had to force myself to vomit 15 minutes after eating just to take that food out of me, and the prices are so so high compared to much better restaurants like maraheb or alrukn alarabi in ajman, or albait alamalaki
i have never been so upset with food in my life.

went here after reading all the good reviews and was not disappointed. we got seating in one of the closed cabins immediately when we went in for lunch. orderedchickenmandi,chickenmadfoon and meat madfoon. they mixed mandi and bukhari rice for us for all three. we also ordered a chocolate kunafah and a cream kunafah. the rice was so flavoursome, light and fluffy. thechickenand the meat was both tender and marinated well with the meat easily falling off the bones. the kunafa was absolutely delicious. it was not overly sweet and the cream and the chocolate was a nice addition instead of the normal cheese. would definitely go here again. only suggestion is thechickenmandhi was a little untasteful in some parts, so would be good if thechickenwas marinated for bit longer. also will be nice if they offered some
sulamani at the end, and if for the soup they had something other than mutton. the service was really friendly and fast too.

their madfoon tasted different.tje meat was too juicy and tender. the rice was in good flavor and it went well with the meat.chickenmandi was not good. thechickenwas over cooked. not tasty. theri kinafa cream is a must try . a good one which i had in recent times.

so here i go again, every visit to al madfoon al khaima makes me like it more or was there something special yesterday. it was a wow moment for each and everyone of us. 
 
despite all the pushback and other suggestions from the kids i decided to head out to al madfoon once again. and boy was everyone happy with the decission. all the way from the rocca salad to the kunafa everything was finger licking good. 
 
starting off with some dates, rocca salad, tang and water for iftar, we ordered the meat madfoon,chickenmadfoon andchickenmandi today followed the cream kunafa as well as the cream and chocolate kunafa. 
 
not sure if i can rate it 11 out of 10 :) but it definitely deserved it. 
we couldn't stop eating and of course ended up over eating. but this was well deserved at al madfoon on this visit. 
 
and i kept on saying the verse from surah at rahman: "then which of the favours of your lord will you deny". subhaanallah ma sha allah.

i ordered 2chickenmadhbi, it was delicious. very good customer service. nice ambience. the rice was soft, hot and delicious and thechickenwas prepared well. highly recommended.

been to restaurant many a times. these people have amazing arabic dishes, especially mandi, mazbi ,madfoon & many more inchickenas well as in mutton. spacious restaurant, friendly staff, there is majlis set up. even they kunafa. people in sharjah are recommended to visit

travelling to sharjah on a holiday to have lunch speaks by itself🙂the sight on a friday around 1.00pm really explains why one has travelled the distance. people were just queuing up by minutes waiting for the doors to be opened . a casual seating in the main area and family seating along the side with ethinic furnishings.
the staff is always smiling thou busy with the no. of people flocking. the place gets filled up quickly.
we go for our favourite meat madfoon andchickenmadfoon. both the dishes are quite flavourful served with a fresh tomato sauce , and delicious soup. you can ask for raisins to go along with the rice.
the desert is always a kunafeh with few options on the menu..one of the best cream kunafeh i have tasted.
the location of the resturant adds to its points since on a winter afternoon you can just walk across the beautiful park for a late afternoon walk or sit with your family and friends.

when it’s friday it means al noor mosque and the next thing is the drive from mosque, a stop at madfoon al khaimah and a huge order for the entire family to relish at home. to me it is the best family i had in sharjah. lots of emotions and memories are attached with the fall of the bonechickenand meat mandi. the kunafa is light and spot on. love it to bits.

when ever i feel like to have arabic food first place that comes to my mind is this restaurant. tried all thechickenand mutton dishes from the menu. taste , service, quality everything is great. sulaimani is just woww after the food.. even the rak branch is also amazing.

visited this place as we were searching for a new place to try for after witnessing the fireworks at al majaz waterfront. the restaurant had huge rush and the service was just ok. but the food was truly awesome. we have a tried a new dish namedchickenhadrami which was adequately spicy as we would want it. had kunafa with cream which is easily the best i had in sharjah. highly recommended for the quality and taste of food.

it's the best place to have arabic rice verities.chickenmadfoon & lamb hannedh is amazing. very friendly staffs. satisfying food & good quality service. i really enjoyed the food

one our favorite place for mandi. must trychickenmandi, madbi, madfoon & live cooked kunafa. kunafa is so delicious. mandi rice is bit difficult from other mandi rices i have seen but not bad. friendly staff and good location. neat and clean ambience.
