must try king fish fry and boneless crab 🦀.... it was so so yummm and mouth watering and full of flavours... we ordered veg thali, king fish tawa fry, prawns fry, boneless crab😋 allfoodwas very tasty and delicious 😋😋

the same restaurant i used to love i'll be hating from now on. will never ever eat or order from here. just plain hated it.
it's a waste of money. if they can't deliver the same quality then they should consider reducing their price as well. i threw out half of thefoodbecause it was just un eatable, if that's the right word for it.
i don't have enough words to express my disappointment. it's just sad when you have to pay so much money and you can't eat it after a long day of extreme work.

my wait for authentic mangaloreanfoodended here. we were expecting some waiting time as suggested by the internet. however, we immediately were walked to an empty table. we ordered anjal ghee roast, prawn ghee roast, squid in two ways - pepper fry and deep fry. alongwith the seafood, we ordered a plate of neer dosa and chicken biryani. our orders were dished almost immediately. thank you machali for fantastic hospitality.

you might have seen my previous review on this restaurant, this was my fav seafood restaurant from really long, being afoodblogger i have even reviewed on my blog @my_little_kitchn. the delivery for crab ghee roast today disappointed me really bad, not at all worth the price. since it has been well established doesn't mean they can play with the customers . earlier there used to be really good quantity of masala as well as good fleshy pieces but today it was very small crab and to be noted could only find leg pieces and not the main fleshy part, ghee roast masala also was really less. would not recommend this place , taste was good but news to maintain the quantity and customers love in mind

yes. they are very famous.

but then that's not an excuse to make the customers wait.

it was very crowded during the weekend but really worth waiting for 10 mins. yes, waited only for 10 mins as service here is super fast. tried ghee roast squid 🐙 and ghee roast crab 🦀 and veg thali. very simple ambience butfoodis cover all their flows which they really don't have i guess.. hehe. must visit when in mangalore ❤️

considering the lines of people waiting outside, it has maintained such authenticity in its preperations and simplicity in its existence. the focus is just on the goodfoodprepared by them. the crab and surmai ghee roast was delicious and the masala had rightly sunk and absorbed into the fish. the place was totally a value for money offering considering a bill of approx rs. 500/- per head after such a fish fiesta.
