pleasant, family run sweet and savory crepe place. specialty coffees seem a bit sub-par but the crepes are expertly prepared and have anicetexture. lunch sized portions.

new owner, new menu, new design, new luna. it is soniceto have some place like this in kanata. the new management is great. the food is amazing and fresh. everyone is so friendly and the store is amazingly clean. the new design is very cozy.

poor service; long wait; thoughnicesetting. waited an hour to get our food (and didn't come all at once each person was eating at a different time); no one greeted us when we showed up for the first time or told us how the place works. some of our order was forgotten, but owner wasniceenough to compensate us with some free stuff.
like the setting/sitting area ...
the fruit-nutella waffle was good, as was the gelato.

i went to luna cafe 3 times. never had a problem with the service. owner was veryniceto offer extras at no charge which was very generous. there is room for improvement regarding the steak n cheese. it was a bit dry but i still enjoyed it. the place is very clean and i wanna give them credit for the quality of food. i recommend this place.

a bit disappointing... visited luna last week. the place isniceand the service was ok. there was 3 staff members that didn't seem to want to be there. i had a bbq beef crepe and i knew i was in for a treat when i saw the beef coming out of the micro-wave.(ouch!) the crepe per say was quite good but the filling.. disappointing. also had a vanilla gelato shake which was ok but wasn't cold. overall the experience was sub par, sadly i wouldn't return or recommend it.

delicious food and great interior. wow! the food was delicious, the service was pleasant, the seating was comfortable, and the interior was very bright and cheerful.

my friend and i each ordered different crepes and split a lemon gelato. it was all delicious. i got a free crepe since it was my birthday! :) what anicetreat.

a good cup of coffee.niceto have a place in kanata that knows how to make a good espresso or latte that doesn't end in 'bucks'
