some of the best vegetarian cuisine i have ever had. this is a staple for me and my partner in naples. since he is a vegetarian, sometimes the options can be limited, which is definitely not the case at the loving hut. they blend different types of protein together to make meat substitutes that have the texture of the meat that it is replacing, and most of thetimeit really hard to tell that it is indeed not meat. the dishes are all asian, and the people that i have taken there agree that it tastes just like traditional asian dishes that are made with meat. my favorite dish is the bun hue bowl, which is a spicy lemongrass soup, with the happy tamrind for an appetizer.
