i loved this little cafe when it was in it's old location. they had incredible coffee from monkey joe's in kingston, and the small but unique menu was full of tasty combinations of fresh veggies and well seasoned salmon, roast beef, and crab cakes. they had amazing breakfasts- including a spicy breakfast salad and curried tofu.. their version of eggs benedict was awesome- as was their french toast. sad to say that since they've moved to the new location i have been disappointed with the food and the coffee. i have eaten there 3 times since they re-opened - including opening night- and as recently as yesterday- and the food is plain, uninspired, sand yesterday my breakfast was cold. i asked the waitress is my eggs were supposed to cold in the breakfast salad (which i've had in the past) and she was non-committal and unconcerned. i hope mark the owner is able to turn it around and bring the quality back to where it was.
