i have to laugh when i see ridiculous comments like: the tater tots were frozen commercial ones and overcooked. folks, this is a burger joint (and a fairlygoodone.). but all tater tots are frozen to start with...i don't know of any chef whipping up fresh batches. aanndd, by the time the make it through the deep fryer and into your basket they are overly crispy and greasy. get over it!! honestly, what did you expect?? order the fries instead...they're fresh cut and homemade. crispy, hot, and non greasy. skip the over-breaded, often undercooked onion rings. the burgers are fine. they're burgers. chicken fried steak and chicken are homemade andgoodif you like that sort of thing. don't order the fish--it's frozen cod from sysco foodservice. but again, why would you come here looking for great fish!?! oh, and as with most restaurants, come when they're busy. busy kitchens have a rhythm that seems to make the food better. don't show up 5 minutes before closing time and expect a great meal. if you just want a cold beer and a decent burger and fries, along with some live music and a place for the kids to play--this is your place. the owners have invested a bundle and i hope they succeed. one nit, though. been open nearly 4 months and the drive thru still isn't operational?? what's up with that??
