i have requested tozomatoteam to give me my 50% amount as refund, then they have also make poor excuses & not given me my money back, this need to understand by zomato, if we are going offline directly to restaurant then, we have rights to not pay such food amount on the spot but this is not considered byzomatoteam as seriously. if services are not imporoved then seems likezomatowill out from india soon from indian market.
restaurants supplying, uncooked food or poor taste, which are not edible with humans. they need to learn first how to make pizza after opening the restaurant, also they are not accepting their mistakes. my total money was wasted.
