great food. having high expectations based on reviews i was not disappointed. excellent service & wonderful food. the only regret is i live 3000 miles away.

the guy writing down everyone in line is a complete racist!!! i can't say we got to try the food after driving 45 minutes just to try this restaurant after making a reservation! he had me and my daughter waiting outside in the cold for over an hour and a half while others were finishing their meals that we were there before-caucasians of course!?? it got to the point where other ppl that noticed that we were there before them started advocating on our behalf and when i finally had enough nerve to ask the guy he yelled at us that it would be another 15 minutes!!!! we were so hungry and upset that we left and went to chevys across the street! i haven't felt discriminated against ever before but this guy made it happen! when i tried to contact the management, and left 4 messages, they never returned my calls! in my opinion, no food is good enough to allow yourselves to be treated in this manner! we will never go back.

great restaurant. restaurant was recommended at our hotel. cozy just like being in italy. our waiter was jerry (not an italian name), but he had the accent and is originally from near venice. service was exceptional. had the special which turned out to be one of the best pieces of salmon i have ever had. looked and tasted very fresh. i asked him to surprise me with a red wine. his zinfandel choice was excellent, and so good that i went to the local winery the next day for a tasting and purchased some of their artisan wines. don't miss this experience. wish it was closer to alabama.

i have been to many italian restaurants throughout both italy and the rest of the world. this is one of the best. great food, ambience and service - and completely unpretentious. strongly recommend!

dinner. arrived for dinner at 6:30 p.m., placed an order for drinks and then dinner. it took over and hour to get our meals which we felt it was longer than normal for a saturday evening.

our waiter came over during our visit to try to explain why our food was so later, we felt he was trying to save his tip which he did not received from our party.

the food and wine was very good, but a little over priced.

i ate here for the first time last night (a saturday), on a date. we arrived at 9:45, only 15 minutes before they stopped seating for the evening. given our late arrival, i would not have been surprised if we had received rushed service. instead, fabio created a lasting impression and a very memorable experience. his suggestions were spot on, from the delicious bottle of champ de reves pinot to the wild boar sausage pasta entree (which probably had a fancy italian name that i can't remember). the standard of service we received was outstanding, the food was remarkable and the atmosphere was cozy yes bustling; very authentic. i know we will be back, and often! not to be missed!

best italian food around, period.. just go, and order anything...but start w/ the caesar which is the best ive had in my life. i spend every birthday in this place..literally. it is a dining experience not to be missed.

great food!. we went to sonoma for a weekend getaway and were recommended to cucina rustica. make a reservation for the weekends because it gets crowded. the place was outstanding. the waitstaff was very friendly and good. we had giovanni who was great. we both ordered excellent tomato based pasta dishes. the cannoli dessert was very good. i am from ny so i know good italian food. this place is not for olive garden folk. go there for a real italian meal.

visit everytime.... i'm in santa rosa, the food and service have always been great and so it's one place i always look forward to visiting when i'm in town.

terrible italian, every meal i have eaten there has been bland. service is lacking, i think the last meal there took 2 hours to get out

hands down the best. there are a multitude of good italian places to eat in sonoma county, but none match the energy, service, and food of lococo's. the food is always fresh and tastes like i am back in italy! the staff know us when we come and they are kid friendly. they are always busy, but that doesn't hinder the experience, they keep the food and wine coming. as the energy is high, so is the volume sometimes, so it is not that out of the way quiet place to come, but joe and his staff make it worth a visit over and over again.
