little havana restaurante y cantina cubana

this was once a nice place. once.... sadly, this place is now resting on it's laurels. this use to be a great place. the food use to be great. it had a nice playlist, and agoodvibe.

now, the food it is just plain bland. seriously, anyone giving this place agoodreview cannot possibly knowgoodfood. i think the rely heavily on the microwave. at $10 for apps i don't want microwave.

the nice playlist has been replaced by douchey club music. the crowd is pure yuppie putz now. all of the local flavor is gone. food is overpriced, tasteless, and the crowd sucks. what the hell happened? i use to love this place.

on the up side, it is agoodplace to drink outside near the water. maybe if you getgoodand loaded you won't mind the bad food?

horrible customer service, felt threatened by bar tender. went to little havana restaurante y cantina for an event and ordered a club soda to be social. i'm used to bars giving free sodas to designated drivers or non-drinkers - i put $1 on the bar as a tip and the bartender told me it would be $2.50 for the soda. i politely declined and he proceeded to shout and curse to the point where i felt physically threatened. please do not give this restaurant your business. also, as far as i can tell it's overpriced, boring bar food w/ cheesy decor and is disturbingly un-diverse for a supposedly ethnic restaurant in a city with a large minority population.

i do not suggest anyone to to this bar. we had a number of people in our party drinking and having agoodtime, but after this we all left and would not go back.

douche with those fries?. i like little havana. the food is always good, the drinks are always quite good, though their mojitos are more of a garden salad then a drink... but none the less the place has reallygoodfood and a nice view of the bay that i have visited quite a few times... unfortunately, the preppy douche bag crowd of baltimore also likes little havana. so forget the laid back crowd of mount vernon or the hipsters of hampden my friend, you're about to get those delicious sweet potato french fries served with a giant bag of douche on the side. granted its not as bad as canton square, but its trying.

if ýou're looking for a cuban themed bar, this is what you want. if you want a cuban restaurant try somewhere else.goodcuban themed bar food and a great atmosphere.

nice atmosphere. the place is agoodhang out spot and the service was okay. i really did not like the dos xx, it tasted water down..
i did like the sweet potato fries and the atmosphere.
