firsttimevisited to level 5 by friends recommendation it was worth visiting this place cool windy and good ambiance with great service. paneer flemigo we ordered that was yummy and sizzling hot tawa. happy going there

it seems like the managers and owners have rigged the reviews here. most 5 star reviews are from people who have only reviewed this place. about the review now, the ambience is wonderful, the place looks great. but the food is below average and the service sucks big time. i have visited this place on 3 different occasions and everytime they served rubbery cold naan, everytimetook so long that it was cold when it reached our table.
i would have probably given it 3 stars, but to compensate for all those fake 5 star reviews i will give it 1 star.

level 5 is my alltimefavourite place since 2015. food quality & taste is amazing. friendly & trained staff. paneer flamingo & cheese karari roomali just extra ordinary 👍👍

never knew surat has such cool rooftop restaurant.
this place has amazing vibe and they decorate nicely on occasions. we went on promise day and it was so beautifully decorated for couples.
all couples were enjoying candel light dinner with privacy.

food and drinks here were absolutely amazing.
we tried so many amazing mocktails here.
they were first live, blue lagoon, sunshine and cranberry mojito.
all were absolutely amazing and refreshing. must try.

in mains we had panner flemingo with naans. dish was hot and fresh with good quantity as it served 5 people nicely.
it was very delicious.
highly recommended.

then we had matka khichdi.
we all had khichdi before many times but in matka it was our firsttimeand the flavours were amazing.

not recommended for family. in the name of covid, they have stopped everything..you have to order everything at one go..staff wont serve the food..quality of the food is very poor and you have to wait for longtimeto get your food..i wouldnt recommend anyone this especially during this time.

service and food was perfect for a date night. their candle light dinner timing are little tricky and they don’t allow you to stay up for 10-15 mins after yourtimeis over.

i will admit that finding good italian food has been one of the challenges i have faced in this city during thetimei've been here. finally got to visit level 5 and i am glad i found it. good range of smoothie and pastas are just what i had been looking for.
