poor food with arrogant staff. they insist not to use cards and lie that machine is not working. they suggest such items which are ready and more profitable for them. even though you don't want them, they try to convince you stating false reasons to buy what they suggest. highly overpriced and tasteless

my colleagues and i had gone with high hopes to this restaurant, which happened to be our one of the worst dining experiences.

our order included:
one easily forgettable starter - cheese corn balls which had a hard and rigid exterior, very unsavory; and a couple of horrendous mains.

one okayish plate of mexican tacos.

the "mexican" garden sizzler was substandard, with some grilled paneer and veggies, rice and tomato based pasta (pasta being an italian item).

the lasagna was just some indian pulses stuffed between two pasta sheets. it was the last straw, ruining our appetite and mood completely.

we ordered knowing the taste profile of everything, but it was a disappointment to say the least.

we felt cheated during this dining experience.

been to this place couple of years back with a superb service and food. coming back again with the same thought disappointment me.... kariri rumali wasn’t even karari and mocktails were pathetic... my 2 star is just for the ambience and the environment....

if you are in surat you should definitely visit this place once
vibes are very pleasant and staff is also friendly
one of the best places to visit with family/friends because the ambience and food here is absolutely tasty.
i tried some refreshing mock tail along with paneer starter.
have to admit the mock tails made my stress go away as they were very refreshing and chilled
coming to the food
the food was very tasty and served quickly and hot
i will definitely visit this place again

one of the best places to try out in surat!!
its based on roof top and the ambience is absolutely great.
we visited this place during valentines week and have to admit that the places had great vibes.
its a pure veg place and the food is super delicious.
we tried their mock-tails as well as matka khichdi which was super good

never knew surat has such cool rooftop restaurant.
this place has amazing vibe and they decorate nicely on occasions. we went on promise day and it was so beautifully decorated for couples.
all couples were enjoying candel light dinner with privacy.

food and drinks here were absolutely amazing.
we tried so many amazing mocktails here.
they were first live, blue lagoon, sunshine and cranberry mojito.
all were absolutely amazing and refreshing. must try.

in mains we had panner flemingo with naans. dish was hot and fresh with good quantity as it served 5 people nicely.
it was very delicious.
highly recommended.

then we had matka khichdi.
we all had khichdi before many times but in matka it was our first time and the flavours were amazing.

the food was really good. we also had mocktails and all of them were nice especially cranberry mojito and blue lagoon. for sure best mocktails in whole surat. then we went for starters and they too were nice and crispy. in the main course, we had paneer flemingo. i heard about this dish and i wanted to taste it once, it was yum. the ambience of the was quite amazing. it was a perfect place where someone would like to have a dinner or lunch.
they even decorate nicely for occasions like valentines.
overall the place was perfect to have food and drinks. everything was really great in taste.

test is totally different from original one. there is literally 2 diffrent item i eat ehrn at hotel and when at oder at zamato . test is not so good also .

not recommended for family. in the name of covid, they have stopped everything..you have to order everything at one go..staff wont serve the food..quality of the food is very poor and you have to wait for long time to get your food..i wouldnt recommend anyone this especially during this time.

ambience is perfect for couple , portion was little less as per the price but taste wise food was yummy . service was so quick , and over all it was a very pleasant dinning experience 🥰🥰
