frequent visitor. i would say "ex" frequent visitor . service is getting worse and in line with a lot of other cbd cafés and restaurants . we had to wait for our coffees for 30 minutes! two coffees only one of them is a basic long black . danish was quite rubbery to . very disappointing :( used to love this place!

diana. just couldn't walk past here today without having my favorite almond croissant oh & also to check out the new outdoor seating area. everything good even the coffee has improved a little. those melt in the mouth croissant with just an edge of crunch & delectable marzipan filling are amazing though

diana. have had coffee here twice & is only just passable, other than that the cakes are to die for! love the almond croissant, but just wish their coffee was great & would eat many more of their supurb pastries. also love the french atmosphere reminds me of a sidewalk in gay paris. have to add the baker /maybe owner tends to be be rather arrogant especially if you take photos!

they've done a great job of creating a very french cafe in brisbane.
indoor and outdoor seating, it's clean and bright.
good range of french fare: bread/ pastries/ macaroons etc. by far the best croissant in town.
coffee is good (di bella) and service friendly.
for a take home treat you cannot go past the cinnamon sugared almonds!!! oh la la!!
le bon choix is well away from the retail precinct - worth the walk.

very french. didn't entirely understand lady behind counter for her thick french accent :). having visited paris recently, it reminded us of the paul franchises there. enjoyed the range and approach.

love the food, but the service is so extremely slow (at the cashier, when preparing and when serving). since two years i have been going and it has not changed at all.
big minus, must improve that to be perfect.

a little bit of paris. love the macarons, mini desserts and custard donuts here, the cafe really does remind me of paris. not cheap but well worth it.

love their cake!!!!!. i totally love their cake since i been their with a friend for afternoon tea couple years ago.all selection of cake are die for! i always get their cake for special occasion , love love love it.

yummy!. i've tried all the desserts and they are all delicious here! pricey of course but it reflects well in the taste, presentation and appearance. also, buy a cake! they are to die for - had one made and picked up for a friend's baby shower (the cake version of the pink dessert with the coconut on top) and it was divine! can't go past their little olive dinner rolls which i sometimes buy to eat with soup.

macaroons are awesome and i love the variety...

the only place (so far) that has made me say 'bonjour' and 'ooh la la' both in one sentence. need a cake for a special occasion? want a delicious light meal? or just craving quality french patisserie (as i do all.the.time.)? the photos speak for themselves so i won't waste any more words. you just have to check this place out!

very nice almond croissant. service and atmosphere was rather mediocre. hope to visit again for another selection from the pastry or sandwich menu, might try take away option and enjoy the food at my own apartment next time
