unique, local place. definitely recommend this. this place is filled withcollegestudents for the cheap pizza and cheap beer, but the food really is good and you will not leave hungry. a slice with 2 toppings and drink is around $5, and you will struggle to finish the slice. great quality in toppings and lots of choices, the white pizza is also really good.

there's a lot to like about this place.  first (and most importantly) is the pizza.  the slices are over the top huge and one slice is a meal.  plus the pizza itself was really good, thin and crispy.  second, the draft beer and bottled beer selections are huge.  i was pleasantly surprised by how much good draft beer they had on hand.  third, this place is inexpensive.  makes sense though, it's close to the university and caters mainly to thecollegekids.  good pizza and beer at a cheap price will bring them in.  fourth, the place has a coolcollegevibe and is always busy.  if you want to check out what today'scollegekids are up to, it's places like this that will keep you informed.   if you're over in the ucf area and you want pizza then this is the place.

i mean c'mon, how could you not love this place! pizza is can be purchased by the slice, and it's fairly cheap for the size of slide you get! the thing is huge!
it is in the ucf area and is always packed withcollegekids, which is not something i enjoy, but it's a fun place to be and is always well managed.

college pizza at its best. this was one of the first "ucfcollegeplaces" i went with friends when i started here. it's a great place to hang out, relax, and get a lot of food for a decent price. the draw of the place is definitely the atmosphere, known for having a lot ofcollegeage and young adult people. service is always friendly. as far as amazing taste, again, the draw is the environment. the food is good, but its more the massive slice that makes it enjoyable. the calzone/melts though are really good! i would definitely recommend going with some friends, relaxing, and just enjoying a time out. if you're looking for luxury...try somewhere off park ave. its a ucf pizza place. if that's what you're looking for, its one of the best!

a little party in my mouth. was in town visiting my daughter who goes to ucf. a friend of hers recommended this place and i was hesitant at first but so glad that we decided to dine here.
it was after 1:00 a.m. in the wee sunday morning and this place was buzzing withcollegekids and a few parents.
what a wonderful culinary explosion in my mouth.
i ordered and got full on one slice of pizza (pineapple, smoked bacon, spinach).
will certainly be back whenever i'm in the area again.

lazy moon pizza was a small pizza place nestled in the corner of a strip mall frequented by kids from thecollegeacross the street. i never really liked the pizza there. the slices were massive but i always felt that they tasted like cardboard. however, my fiance loved the place so sometimes i would let him drag me out there with a promise of cheap pints of pbr. i don't remember when but probably around a year ago, the plaza where it was located was set to be torn down. they closed their doors and promised to re-open in a new location as soon as they could.

greatcollegehangout. this pizza is rather thin, but still really tasty with a great variety of toppings to choose from. as a fore warning, the price is not a ripoff for what you get and do not order lots of slices because the slices are huge. the size about three normal slices.

the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. this place is great for ucf students going out with their friends or with their families when their families visit (always take my parents here).

in short, i will be very sad when this place is gone in a couple months :(.

how about ummm......yuuuuuuk!. ok so i get it,collegekids, little money, huge pizza w/evs.. i'd rather dish out the extra dollar or so and go to broadways this pizza was atrocious!!
i mean hands down horrific. there was a lack of cheese which i thought to myself, hmm there must be some science to this slice, as i was expecting the best so i didn't even start hating it when they brought me this cheese less cheese pizza slice. so there i go, happily placing this atrocity into my mouth and it was awwwwweful. i mean really how do u mess up a slice of cheese pizza.. ok i know i sound mad emo about this but it was just terrible! and i love food..matter fact can't wait to go to briantos right now for a super awesome cheese wizzy philly mmmmm see ya ;)

love it!. i love lazy moon..it's pretty much acollegestudents dream! the pizza slices are huge, but a great deal! a ton of toppings to choose from, as well as different dips and sauces for the pizza. my go to is a regular slice with ricotta cheese and bacon! salads are great too!

brilliant pizza / brilliant place. there's too much good to mention:

1. pizza is incredible. wonderfully done crust. just plain delicious and huge.
2. great value. get a lot for your money. especially the box car special.
3. great array of beers.
4. beautiful waitresses.
5. great atmosphere.
6. coolcollegehangout.

the only downside for me is that it can be quite a drive from the west side of town. but i go as often as my gas tank can handle it.
