i was staying at thehotelso i had buffet in the breakfast and the dinner. the staff is well educated,highly trained,friendly,polite. the ambience of the place is soo good that it makes you eat more. the dishes were delicious. they served us very well. live kitchen was seen. the place was super clean. they had a great variety of food options be it snacks,starters,salads or main course.

the lattice (situated right in the corner when you enter the hotel) needs to badly work on improving their services by training the staff members! the food was mediocre - maybe we ordered the wrong dishes - we went in with the usual dal and paneer with two types of bread. the service was slow and the quantity of food was trifling. the staff was so confused that they didn't have any clue about what was happening and how they could resolve the issue.
thehotelotherwise is worth giving a try because of its other fine dining options and bars that have beautiful interiors.

lattice is a multi-cuisine restaurant athotelcrystal sarovar premier. it has got ample seating and the layout of the restaurant is pretty good. i had breakfast buffet and dinner buffet at lattice during my stay. the food was pretty good. even though the menu was very limited as compared to other buffets which i have been to earlier, but the preparation was good. i particularly like the cake station which had at least 5-6 varieties of cake during breakfast on the christmas day. the staff is also pretty good and receptive to your needs. they arranged a baby chair for my kid and also provided daal (lentil) for my kid as we wanted it without any spices.

the breakfast buffet had bacon, different types of bread, chicken sausages, cheese and live egg station. it had idli and sambhar, parantha and aloo bhaji, sauted vegetables, potato wedges, poha and cake and pastry counter. i like the desserts during the dinner buffet very much.

overall, good food served by lattice.

a very nice place located in a 5 starhotelin agra.
would be given a 10/10 rating not only in terms of food but also the politeness of the staff and the the warm welcome by thehotelteam.
now to the food....
the food is wow...
with plenty of food options.
it also have an open siting with a cool breeze passing by that area of the hotel.
final verdict a nice place to go....
