worst restaurant experience of my life. i ate there with my family tonight for the first time, i have eaten at the one is springdale which is great but this one was terrible. here is a rundown of our hour and a half meal:
first it took us 15 minutes to get out drinks, the salsa was gross, it tasted like tomato juice. then we got ourfoodand my husbandsfoodwas wrong, we told the waitress and she argued that he didnt order hisfoodthe way we all heard him order it. she took my drink to refill it after it had been empty a while and never brought it back. my mother had cheese enchiladas and the sauce was disgusting! they brought thefoodagain and it was wrong again. i went and told the manager whose name was natalie and told her how bad the service had been, she didn't seem to care but said she would take care of it. thefoodcame a third time wrong. we then left, ourfoodstill on the table and my husband never ate, they refused to do anything to our bill and became very argumentative about it accusing us of ordering something different than my husband had ordered the entire time, she called the manager emilio who also said to do nothing. there were several other tables around ours that were having similar experiences, not getting refills, not getting their ticket, one couple told everyone "good luck" when they left. we left paying 30.00 for the crappiest meal ever and the worst service and wasted an hour and half of our time.
