really great tasting authentic food. i got off work late and saw that they were still open. i called 20 min before their close time thinking they were open later and asked to orderfoodto go. the staff was very friendly and myfoodwas excellent. can't wait to go back with my family and dine in

this is a good restaurant, decent service, big portions. it does bother me that it's listed as an under $10 entrée place when it's really not. however i did enjoy myfoodand the atmosphere. also, the flan was amazing!

professional, accommodating staff that also seems to enjoy being there.foodwas very good (pork carnitas) and a custom margarita (herradura/lime juice/triple sec) was a treat. feels like a genuine and proud family-run place; ambience is positive.

yes, it is somewhat 'kitschy', but that's part of why we go. there are enough serious restaurants to eat in if you don't want plastic parrots! i like all that, it adds to the evening.

best chicken tortilla soup!!

not so great. this use to be my favorite place to eat. it was my first time back after 6 years. it has become loud and overly kitschy. thefoodwas thrown together and made me sick. they sat us in the bar without asking if it was ok. they got my husbands order wrong 2 times with a gluten intolerant person it can be a big deal if he gets wheat. they also gave me diet soda when i wanted classic.

a+++ service,foodjust okay. having lived nearly my whole life in texas i have high standards when it comes to mexican food. i was immediately impressed with the cheerful and helpful staff. i ordered the beef fajita lunch special. it came with re-fried beans, spanish rice, tortillas, salad garnish, sour cream and guacamole. as for the fajitas themselves well, they were a little bland despite the orange-reddish seasoning coloring. the meat was tender but lacked any smokey flavor or char that i'm accustomed too with fajitas. i think they should go back to drawing board on these. plus the plate was filled with onions, hardly any bell peppers. it wasn't awful, but it wasn't out of this world like the service. all in all a good experience and i would go again, just not for the fajitas.

the s. everett restaurant is fun and fabulous! the staff is always friendly and quick to serve you - not bad for a restaurant that is always as busy as they are. thefoodis always good also, we've never been disappointed.
