la casa de las garnachas & beer

highly recommend!!!. a central american surgeon at a nearby hospital had recommended "la casa de las garnachas and beer" to me. my family and i were incredibly impressed at thedeliciousfood and ambiance. i can see why he frequents the place for lunch or dinner and has so many nice things to say about it. let's just say that it lived up to all the expectations.

we were greeted by a beautiful and charming young lady by the name of gabriela. she told us about their menu and drink specials. the food was amazing and super authentic. we ordered two additional orders of garnachas because they were so tasty! i recommend them to anybody who goes.

the owner came to our table and thanked us for our patronage. my mother shared recipes with her and talked about the beauty of central america. we will definitely go back! the food, prices, and service are unbeatable.

drawback: come hungry and ready to eat because you simply want to try everything on the menu!

the restaurant offered a 50% entree coupon in one of the granada hills' coupon magazine..
the location of the restaurant is kind of hidden. we end up having to call for directions. kenny our server had to wait outside for us. the restaurant signage and outdoor lights was turned off, so you could not see the restaurant or adjacent parking lot as we drove by it. inside the restaurant, is a cozy and cuban cute restaurant.! house merlot wine was smooth as silk and very tasty. we shared an avocado salad, cook to order beef steak and their oxtail stew. the oxtail was fork tender and absolutely delicious!
service by kenny was superb! they just need to get the word out to drum-up a weekday evening crowd and definitely include a directional map in the coupon magazine.
