good chinese takeaway. i'm not a massive fan of chinese takeaway food, but i decided to try this place the other night. walked in, placed a takeaway order, noticed good service at the front counter (with good english speaking workers). picked up myorderabout 15 minutes later.

food was good, actually had some taste to it unlike a few other chinese takeaway places i've been to. decent portions as well, plenty of seafood in the meals, with some great tasting squid! it's certainly not a 5 star meal by any means, but it tasted good enough for me to be satisfied overall.

price was within a range of what i would have expected from a place like this.

like i said, i'm not a massive fan of this type of food, but if i were to get it again, this would be a good choice to go to.

i ate there. cannot eat prawns, nuts or eggs. considering that they are all life-threatening allergies, it was important that the food we ordered would not be threatening to them. when we got the food, we had ordered three, two with the allergens in it and one without it. the waitress did not tell us which ones were allergen-free. when we asked them if they knew which ones were allergen-free, they argued with us because they didn't know which ones and were trying to buy their ways out of it. we asked toordermore and they continued to argue against us, saying that the ones we had were fine. if there was something wrong with the meals, we wouldn't know and my brother and mother could be in danger. if you are visiting there with your family or anyone who has allergies, you should think twice about what you're ordering. even if you ask for them to make sure that they check it. if you are unsure they blame it on you. horrible customer service.
