i would leave zero stars if i could. taste was pathetic and smelly like it was a stale food..terrible experience would never ever order again fromkwalityrestaurant.

the packaging was good and the food was still hot. the only issue i had was that it took them ages to prepare the food leaving me hungry. it would be 5 stars if they could make it a bit quicker. i liked the food overall and the quality, sorry,kwalitywas good.

kwality’s food quality was excellent before. the chicken biryani is definitely notkwalitylevel. extremely bland and no spices and just bad! extremely disappointed!american chopsuey was just bad! no taste at all. extremely bad! won’t be ordering ever fromkwalityin the future.

highly disappointed with food .. been atkwalityalmost 30 times or more...online food is totally worst according to taste . 3rd time in last 10 days . rubbery chicken and very very sweet chicken tikka ..

last night i went to this place with friends to have dinner. i must say it was very clean and neat place......disappointment part was food like dhaba food no balance on spices .......tawa vegetable like all waste vegetable used on this dish ....... roti was cold.
one last comment this place good for drinker not for family bcz people were screaming while drinking and abusing each other.

kindly change namekwalityfamily resto bar..........just keep itkwalityresto bar ...... it’s suites the environment.

this outlet ofkwalityopened just last week and is very well done. the ambience is that of a fine dine place with lots of room to sit. we were a group of 9 and went there to celebrate my anniversary and a birthday. the staff in the hotel was very courteous and polite. the service was prompt and we were very well attended by the service staff. the food we ordered was quite tasty and i also liked their serving portion size. the rates are very economical if compared with the ambience and the good q(k)wality service, etc.

we ordered corn tikki, angara kebab, surmai rawa fry, etc., and everything else was awesome except the corn tikki coz it wasn't cooked well from within. in main course we ordered some veg sabzi (don't remember which), butter chicken and murg musallam and everything in main course was fantastic!

overall i and my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience of dining with them and i would definitely recommend this hotel. also i will visit again very soon and hope to recieve similar treatment and service...
