food quality was much better before. detoriated food quality. extremely bad taste. food oil was smelly. this is not what we expected. highly disappointed.

chicken lollipop is too much oily and taste is also not good. there is so much of salt added.

the biryani had all masala at the bottom of te container. if it so spicy they give less of it as the second person cannot it. they also give gravy seperately hence that also helps.
kwality has a brand name in pune hence they just need to be creful. hopefully next time they will correcr themselves.

highly disappointed with food .. been at kwality almost 30 times or more...online food is totally worst according to taste . 3rd time in last 10 days . rubbery chicken and very very sweet chicken tikka ..

packaging was loose, contents in plastic bag, felt as if it is ordered from cheap restaurant and not kwality.

all the food was great except for the veg bhuna. this time the kofta in the veg bhuna was hard and the gravy itself was quite spicy. the paneer makhanwala and dal makhni as well as all 3 appetizers were great.
