ordered a hyderabadi biryani, thalasserybiryaniand yemeni mandi. out of this the hyderabadbiryaniwas amazing, the chicken was soft, flavourful and the rice was delicious. the thalasserybiryanididn't have any masala but it wasn't too bad. the mandi rice was okay but i have a problem with the chicken we got. it was rock hard. only the thigh piece was soft the rest of the pieces were rock hard and i'm not exaggerating. we could literally hear it clank on the plate. i've eaten a lot of chicken in my life and this is the first time i'm coming across chicken pieces that would be enough to cause a concussion. i don't know if it's because the chicken is old or they dried it or something but it was inedible. would've been a satisfactory experience if not for that terrible mandi chicken.
