favorite thai place in rockwall rowlett area. always get treated like family and the foods are great.

i'm so excited with the service of this restaurant. the chef came out and expressed that they have tamari and will make any dish made with soy sauce with tamari instead. he pointed out every safe menu item and every item that could be made gluten free. he expressed confidence at having served to gluten free customers frequently. we also had a friend with an allergy to fenugreek, which is commonly in curry. he was able to confidently state that their curry was free of fenugreek, but, for the sake of reassurance, brought out the container with the ingredient mix. i'm very satisfied with my experience. because of the shared kitchen i would not necessarily declare this establishment "celiac friendly," but they are so accommodating, i suggest you try if you can! :-) :-)

only had slow service once. good chicken pad thai! always get the extra noodles and extra meat for $1 more each! spices are set to a good value. i like spicey food and 3 star is my go-to

crazy good!. koung thai is amazing, the setting, the people, and the food. i absolutely love this place, there is not a dish yet that i have ordered that i wouldn't order again. when i find a restaurant that i enjoy i like to work my way through the entire menu but there are so many dishes that i have fallen for here that it is going to take me a long time to accomplish this task. i am always amazed by how fresh the vegetables are and the presentation of each dish. if you like spicy just tell your always helpful server, spice levels are optional and i promise you no matter how spicy you think you like your food they can take it to whole nother level. waltz on in and grab you up a singha thai beer, summer rolls, and panang curry and thank me later!

don't miss this one!. authentic thai food prepared with love! family run restaurant operated with pride of ownership and attention to quality dishes made for sharing amazing flavor. worth the drive to scenic lake ray hubbard to enjoy this asian food delight!

really bad food and the worst service ever. not sure who is really writing the good reviews on this place, but my guess is that it's either the owner or people who have no idea what thai food is supposed to taste like. we had the panang cuury, pad thai noodles and the cashew nut dishes. the curry was ok. the other 2 were disgusting. the noodles smelt foul and had a gross flavor. the vegetables in the cashew dish were old tasted rotten. told the waitress, manager and owner. no one cared. don't waste your money.

nasty food. so many good thai places in dallas, but this isn't one of them. had the pad thai noodles and they were horrible. it tasted old and dry. smelled like dirty socks. try "mint" in addison.

excellent food & service. owner/chef wants you to experience thai food, not just eat it. we will make this 1 1/2 he drive again. it is well worth it.

food had great flavor and the thai chile added the perfect amount of heat. wait staff was friendly and attentive. we will definitely be back for seconds! :)

awesome food! took my parents to celebrate moms birthday. the food was excellent and they made accommodations for fried rice for my very picky daughters and even brought out a small portion of noodles for them to sample.

we have eaten here several times and have been pleased each and every time. servers are pleasant and helpful but do vary based on which family member is working. they have always been pleasant w my family of 6 and they are much easier to deal w than most of the restaurants in rw. the food is fabulous and the menu offers a wide selection for all of us. they will make it as spicy as you think you can handle! a real gem in the area!

the total experience was most excellent ! the food was extremely fresh. if you like spicy food like i do. bewhere. the thai chilis are no joke! they also have great service, very friendly! give it a try if you like thai !
