as native peruvians who also have an appreciation for asianfoodwe were very intrigued by this concept. ordered ceviche mixto and the saltado which were both excellent. also enjoyed the pad thai and the fried rice but they were nothing special. papa la huancaiana was a bit disappointing. i'd forgive the odd sauce recipe if it weren't for the undercooked papa. i think the chef is trying to pull one over on unsuspecting gringos. lol still, we had a good time and will be back if we're ever in the area again.
