horrible. i made a delivery request for take out. we gave our credit card information and when we hung up we realized we didn't get the final amount. we called back after we checked our bank account, they charged us waaaaay too much money. we told them that we wanted to cancel the order and was told that there was nothing they could do and if we wanted to dispute the charges we would have to call our bank. we told them that they can reverse the charge and they told us that they don't ever do that and told us that if we didn't want thefoodwe will need to call our bank and let them know that. i will never order from them again. horrible customer service.
