new owner - april 2011. new owner, still good quality sushi and food. comfortable atmosphere. expanded menu now includes korean selections and daily happy hour specials. we tried edemame, bulgogi and fried tofu. yum. we missoxthough.

also lunch specials now and bento boxes.

we love to visit withoxthe sushi chef while sitting at the bar. he is very well read and quite the conversationalist if you get him going. good sushi and value.

just not the same withoutoxas i'm sure everyone can tell right when they walk in the door. he added the spunk and personality to the restaurant. this does not mean the food has been a let down, still outstanding. salmon teriyaki is to die for and the sushi is still excellent!

what did you guys do with ox??? terribly disappointed when i walked in expecting a warmoxgreeting, and he was gone. sorry, just not the same without him.

great sushi - great conversation. i've been to kikyo many times and have always loved their sushi. i've never been disappointed with the service (polite and attentive waitresses) and the sushi couldn't be better.

the head sushi chef, ox, is great as well. if you choose to sit at the sushi bar,oxwill provide you will great conversation and will definitely help you in deciding what kind of dish you would like. additionally, he'll make anything anyway that you like it.

great food! if you like sushi, i highly recommend this restaurant!
