best place to hang out wid frnds... awesome ambience. photogenic place. staffs are friendly. foods are also of grt taste..... i haveorderedhoney chilly chicken,chicken pasta salad and white sauce pasta. but i personally don't lyk white sauce pasta otherwise food is awesome. must visit

it's a awesome place to hangout with friends.ambience is so nice,staffs are friendly.weorderedhoney chilly chicken,pasta chicken salad, nonveg pasta,black current soda,blue current mint and hookha.honey chilli chicken is just wow.it's a must try dish,pasta salad is just awesome,however we don't like nonveg pasta in white sauce.mocktails are awesome.i am giving 4.8 for the food out of 5.so it's a must visit place,do visit this place.it's totally worth for money.😊😊😊

the food is awsome here and the staff is very coorporative and friendly. we hadorderedsizzlers and noodles and it was delicious.

iorderedfrom khopcha today cajun spicy chicken so instead of it they just gave chicken cutlets they don't even know how cook cajun recipes a special seasoning is used for this
it was not at all the recipe i expected.

first thing first
the food, atleast what we ate, were all good if not great.
best was, lasagna and spaghetti, hands down

but, good food isn't everything when it comes to a restaurant, because it's not just a delivery service.
don't go by the rating i gave, because i can't give 3.5 and 3 was very harsh.
but, the slow service really bummed us out.
one thing is for sure, this place can't handle s crowd. a group of 4 people maybe
also, no regular water was kinda negative as well.
staff were nice but had the same answer when asking about food, even after 40 minutes of an order.

this sunday to celebrate mahalaya, me and kaustov bhattacharya decided to have some indian food. khopcha was the first name on top of our head so without further discussion our lunch venue was decided.
khopcha is in the rooftop of laal qila. it has both indoor and outdoor seating facilities. we decided to seat indoor and it still had an amazing view and pretty good ambience.
coming to the food, weorderedchicken steak sizzler for starters. this was the first time i tried sizzler in bhubaneswar and it tasted really good. then for the main course weorderedtandoori roti and chicken tawa masala. food quantity was enough for two people and the taste was exquisite. overall cost was 710 for two people (2 soft drinks added) so it was pocket friendly also. only drawback was that main course was delivered before starter and the starter came 10 minutes after, so it was not a good mix up. still overall a very nice experience. giving full stars because of the great food they served. will definitely recommend to everyone.

the worst restaurant i have gone.. the food is of worst quality and they billed the food which we didn'torderedthe tax is high nd serves very bad!!!!

we went for a friend' birthday lunch. its basically a roof top lounge. its a clumsy place . the decor is fantastic. out of all the dishesorderedonly the kiwi mocktail and crispy cholly babycorn was good. rest others were really disappointing. i would not reccomend it for food but yes definitely for decor

the place is very good for small get together or birthday parties... the service is good... staffs are friendly and about food weorderedcrispy chilly babycorn, kiwi mojito, blue lagoon, green apple mojito, virgin mojito khopcha spcl mojito, dragon chicken, chicken steak sizzler, spaghetti with mixed sauce, veg spring roll.
everything was absolutely perfect except that chicken steak sizzler and spaghetti...

starting with the ambience, it is quite amazing and impressive place..
staffs were very friendly and they also guided us well for our choice of food..
food was good and was upto the mark..
we hadorderedchicken sizzler steak,chicken stroganoff and chicken lollipop..
i would rate the food 5/5..

the place is not very spacious and they have a clumsy indoor as well..

this is a rooftop cafe above lal quila on nandankanan road..
the ambience is quirky and impressive..the staffs are courteous and friendly..they guide you well for ur choice of food..
weordereda very interesting dish named tequila chicken which is a chicken starter which they ignite by pouring alcohol over it while serving..so its literally in flames when they serve it to you..its awesome!!!! (see pic) definitely try it..
haven't seen such dish in any other cafe/restaurant in bbsr..
all in all great, yummy food, good selection of music played, nice ambience, its basically a cool place to hang out with your friends..

came to this place tonight...had high expectations as lal qila n 16 ana odia is very good and we keep visiting of ten...but am highly disappointed!
except the ambiance nothing is good here!

its one of the best rooftop restaurant in bhubaneswar..
the only problem is that it is not spacious enough to accomodate a group of 6 to 8 people comfortably outside on rooftop but inside u can .
weorderedchicken lollypop and it was really good. weordereda kitkat shake. the shake was kind of decent.
the staff were friendly and the ambience is really good here.
soon going to visit again to try out the other dishes too😊

our experience was not so good.orderedstarters which are like ok ok stuff. but main course literally was not at all good. quantity was very less as compare to price. and service time is more than what is required. air conditioner also doesnt work well and windows dont even have curtains on them.coming to ambience , its really a nice place to take pics and all. its just needs improvement in service.
