i'll be the dissenting voice. normally, i like all the kenny type restaurants. this one is pretentious and stuffy. i'm out. the layout is small and upscale with well dressed servers and host. you have to have reservations for lunch on a weekday. we were here for a work meeting and were made to feel bad we didn't know snobby reservations were needed. i will not bebackand i have to think twice if this is what a kenny restaurant can produce.

absolutely phenomenal restaurant. this is definitely in our top 3 favorites. everything we tried had so much flavor. our service was incredible. we'll comebackfor sure. make sure you call well in advance for a reservation.

delicious!!. i overheard co-workers raving about this place and made reservations for my husband and i. initially i was not happy that the only reservations were 5:00 p.m. or 9:45 p.m. we chose 9:45 p.m. on a friday night. the restaurant was packed when we arrived at 9:30. we were seated by 10:00 p.m. and the magic began. our waitress renee was fantastic with her knowledge and suggestions. we had the crab cake....delicious, short ribs...delicious, pork chop....delicious and several sides....all delicious. to sum it up the food and service was amazing!! thanks again renee we will bebacksoon!

excellent!!. ate at kenny's today for the first time. i don't think i've ever had suc excellent service in a restaurant. the hostess and waiter were the best i've had (and i've eaten at a lot of restaurants!). the food was delicious, too. i would gobackfor the tenderloin crostini's alone!

favorite place. we have been kenny's fans for 4 years now and it's always at the top of our list. we've eaten at the "best" places in dallas and kenny's can't be beat. service, menu, food, prices...and they will custom-tailor an order for you. if you want a weekend night, you must make reservations 2 weeks in advance. my husband and i will pop in without reservations and eat at the bar or wait for a high top table at thebackof the bar. we have never been disappointed and have introduced lots of our friends to kennys. i can't imagine anyone having a bad experience at kennys.

my wife and i decided to go to kenny's for dinner on our anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. we had never been there before but the menu looked great and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. we made a reservation online (recommended) and were seated as soon as we arrived. the service was fantastic and our waitress was very nice. she even brought us samples of a couple appetizers since we had never been there before! everything we ate was delicious and well presented. the manager stopped by our table to ensure we were having a nice evening and even remembered our names when holding the door for us as we left. all in all a fantastic experience. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will most definitely bebackin the near future.

this is one of the best dining experiences we've ever had! our waiter, eric, was top notch! i just can't say enough good things about this place and the service from eric! the food was amazing.. worth going out for and paying more for. everything we had was not just something you could get anywhere! we had the coconut shrimp, thw meatballs, the crostini, and the chicken. the creamed spinach was amazing! the prices were reasonable. we will definitely be comingbackhere and telling our friends about this place!

wanted to love it!!. i really did want to love it but i just didn't. i did love the red velvet martini, but the food left me sort bored. nothing excitting on the menu, i mean really wings and chicken strips. i could go to tgi fridays for this. what we had was good but nothing special. i did go when only late night menu was offered but it wasnt good enough that i would comebackfor the dinner menu. left me a little sad.

love, love, love this place!!! went for the first time to celebrate my sister's birthday. the setting is romantic, service top notch, food incredible. everything i tried, i loved. the shrimp cocktail, the cheese dip...superb. i had the filet mignon with a crab cake and it was out of this world. filet was tender and juicy, the crab cake was more crab than breading...loved it the asparagus and spinach were excellent. creme brulee was awesome. if we are in dallas, you can be sure i will definitely be comingbackhere!!

great food and service!. i went to kenny's for the first time recently and was not disappointed! the restaurant is very unassuming from outside, but once you are seated it has a nice, upscale atmosphere.

it's dark, the waiters wear black bow ties, and it feels very pleasant.

aside from that, the food definitely lives up to its reputation. everything is extremely high quality and they seem to have something for everyone. i got the chicken dish, which was a generous serving and extremely flavorful. you also get a complimentary popover, which was great.

kenny's is the only restaurant in dallas with grey goose on tap, so make sure you try that if you're a vodka fan. the smoked brie and ahi tuna nacho appetizers were also very good.

can't wait to gobackto kenny's!

eating here is a no brainer.. seriously, quit searching around for another spot in addison, this is it. this is where you want to eat. but, stop now, and call ahead for a reservation, because with only 25 tables, you'll have to wait an hour (even on a weeknight) for a table for 2 if you don't.

this place is laid back, but way classy, friendly, but not pushy, and has amazing food, without being pretentious. friendly, attentive servers, owners who are on site and in the mix of action, and a chef who clearly takes pride in every plate, that's what you should expect. this place will raise your standards.

our only regrets were that we both didn't order the tuna steak: the chef sent us a taste of that and the filet mignon, and they were amazing!

hubby had the java pork tenderloin (huge!) and asparagus; i had the miso salmon and seasoned veggies. the veggies on both weren't perfectly perfect, but with the meat cooked divinely, we didn't really care.

great atmosphere, uncluttered and chic, with a tempting list of martinis and wines, feel free to take a seat in the bar to wait for your table.

this place is brilliant, and we'll happily drivebackthe 90 minutes to eat there on a regular basis.

horrible service!!. my parents came to town for a few days and my dad wanted to take everyone out to a nice dinner. we choose kenny's because my brother said he heard good things about it. the food was pretty good, but our waitress, jessica, was horrible. i have been in the service industry for ten years and can forgive alot of things, but she was straight up rude and condescending. she rushed us threw dinner, rolled her eyes at our questions, removed our half-eaten food before we were done and gave us ugly looks the whole time. i will never gobackto that restaurant because of the service.
