great place to watch the football. good vibe and friendly staff. the food here is also really good and reasonably priced. i would recommend any of the steaks as opposed to the burgers.

surprisingly the best hot chocolate i've had in a long time! good selection of beer and nice outdoor seating to meet friends for a catch up :) also love the indoor fireplace.

haven't eaten at a keg in yonks so was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised.
i initially ordered chicken wings, but then spotted tacos on the specials board, so ordered them too.
the onion rings in the chicken wing basket were crispy and fresh, as were the chips. the coca-cola basted chicken wings had some hidden chili heat in them but were pretty yummy.
the taco meal comes with 2 crispy corn tacos, filled with rocket, cheese and salsa. the pulled pork was deliciously tender and small side dishes of corn & bean, tomato and coriander and sour cream & guacamole made for a pretty damn good meal.
pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back for some of the other taco meals.

always a great atmosphere, always busy because of sports games on or entertainment (bands/dj's). wide variety of meals on the menu, which makes it difficult to choose sometimes! great waiters/waitresses and management. big thumbs up!!

the food was great. l had a t-bone 500 medium with chips it was amazing ,l was a little disappointed with my girlfriend's pork basket it was spice hot and in the menu it doesn't say ,we sent the food back and they just put bbq on top of the peri-peri .above all great place to be .

our server was awesome. food took just under 1hr to come out and they were not busy. 2 steaks and a pie? if you prepared to wait, food not bad, if not, go elsewhere. i wont be in a hurry to go back.

where to begin. i was met at the entrance with the manager and a waiter laughing at me for stepping in a piece of gum. they had to go inside to hide their laughter. very welcoming. then had one of the worst meals of my life; an oily, pale, mess of a burger called the “southern fried chicken burger”. as i finished my meal, i caught a glimpse of rat running across the bottom of the stairwell. at least the beer was cold and tasted like beer. can’t really mess that one up can you?

service was extremely slow, the waiter was non-existent. ordered pizza and 2 hours later we were told to order something else, despite having asked about our food numerous times. would not go back.

what a good size eisbein,mash and potato and bacon sides.good tasty mustard and sauerkraut. good selection of beer, and some good craft's also.all nice and cold.

this is my favourite keg around. friday nights are always lovely and the pub grub is tasty and well priced. they also have a good variety of beers on tap.

typical pub keg! food was average but service is great. more for the boys to watch some english football. however, in the week you can meet just about anyone you need to, for a yum beer and some grub.

an excellent place to eat or watch sport especially if you support manu, food is great and the staff are fantastic i will recommend this place to anyone however my rating is not 4.5 which is deserves due to donald whom gave shocking service if you come here ask for griffin or rement they're hilarious and give great service which keeps me coming back.

far from just a pub , the summer and winter menus over and above their usual menus are fantastic. food is great. entertainment on almost every night . great service and a wonderful hands on owner makes it a winner !

i've always liked the homey pub vibe of the keg chain, and the beagle is my new local so we finally tried it out for one of the thursday quiz nights. it gets quite busy so book a table if you want to participate.

the atmosphere is rowdy and lively, and i was curious to try something off their new menu. we ordered pizzas, and they were surprisingly good. i had the chicken and prawn, which was cheesy and delicious. my friend ordered the parma ham and was less impressed as it was quite dry. i quite like the flatbread base they use. for pub food it was decent, but the vibe is really what you go for.
