good service,greatsteak!,. i can honestly say that my experience was excellent. i ordered a filet from the new grill and it was the best tasting steak i have ever enjoyed!, my friend ordered the delmonico and it was wonderful and also-and so big two people could have eaten it! btw the dragon rools are perfect too!,

great sushi,greatservice,greatatmosphere. stopped here after attempting to eat somewhere else, but pleasantly surprised. very nice outdoor atmosphere (quieter than inside) and the sushi was worth the wait. the mt fuji roll was amazing and the shrimp tempura roll went nicely with it. would go again!

reservations required. mixed experience. miso soup too salty.greatcrab cakes (glutin free) with sweet chili sauce, tender and tasty peking duck, and pretty good sushi with very spicy wasabi. the mango creme brûlée was not bruleed and the mango was not ripe. service was faster than desired for an upscale restaurant and the waiter queried our satisfaction while passing by the table. noisy and dark in the evening.

we have been here about 5 times over the past few years and our most recent dining experiences have been so outstanding that i wanted to write about it. in addition togreatappetizers and entrees, the have the best bread pudding you will ever have. in fact, challenge you to find better! the service is also excellent, especially scott! try the tuna tataki appetizers, pork dumpling, and mac hog roll. i would also recommend asking your server for ideas and specials.

on vacation,greatplace to eat. food was delicious and service was good. i wish we could have eaten outside because it looked fun.

reallygreattime! we started at the sushi bar, having tuna tataki, edamame and drinks. the sushi chefs are talented! dinner had a huge rib steak with mushrooms and roasted shallots, on a huge platter. a whole hogfish, stuffed with crabmeat, the fish is served with baby broccoli and agreatsake butter. we loved the dinner here.greatfood!!!!!

wonderful restaurant. we have dined here over the years and kaiyo has always exceeded our expectations. the fresh fish selection is a pescavore's heaven! always fresh and creative dishes. request kimberly as your waitress.

bring your own fish. kaiyo's is famous for their sushi type dishes but they also let you bring in your own fish and they will cook it up for you any way you like it. we brought our black fin tuna that we caught the day before. our waitress gave us a really good suggestion; they would cook it up in 3 different styles and bring it out "family style" with some vegetables. this was great, we all got to try the macadamia encrusted, tempura, and blacked. macademia was the best followed closely by tempura. they make somegreatsauces. we also tried some soup and let me tell you, i would walk a mile for their stone crab bisque!!!
overall it was a really fun experience. a little pricey but worth it. they really know how to cook their fish.
