jo:a is phenomenal. we in kitsap county have always had a small number of quality sit-down restaurants to choose from. it has improved a bit over time, but we now have a japanese restaurant that rivals the best i've experienced in my travels around the world.
the quality and presentation of each dish is wonderful, and the flavors are superb. even a dish as humble as spicy chicken wings is adelite!the owner/chef of this establishment has much to be proud of. i only hope that the success of this restaurant doesn't translate into long waits too soon, but i wish it the best of luck as i intend to make this a regular part of my dining experience.
