the food wasamazingand it was progressively cooked using a lot of modern techniques. the staff were very courteous and helpful. bharath one of the workers thoroughly explained how every dish were made and uma another worker within j. hind helped me understand the blends, flavors and the idea behind every dish. the mental preparation bestowed upon me before ordering the food was almost equal to eating that dish! excellent staffs and great knowledge. food was exotic and different. highly recommend this restaurant not for the taste but for the experience itself. not all the dishes were tasty but it didn’t taste bad either with all the different techniques used for cooking. this is one of the few molecular kitchens in chennai i reckon. i recommend coconut pudding, plain curd (ask for it), pineapple infused in curry leaves, and paneer tikka for its taste.
