i'd gone to jazz@pizzaexpress on monday because i'd grown dizzy earlier in the morning and needed to eat a full meal. my waiter chandrakanth was very friendly and made my time in the restaurant better, and i loved the chicken pizza i had ordered! the music was also very pleasant to hear and i think i made agoodchoice to have a meal here. i went home with a full stomach and money well spent, thank you jazz@pizzaexpress! :)

i had my bday eve celebrated at jazz with my husband and it was an amazing experience. we had a verygoodtime there. the service was amazing.. and the food was awesome.. although i felt the quantity was less than normal but hey!! they are giving you happy hour on drinks and food.. so overall a must visit for food, drinks, ambience, music.
drinks: draught beer, espresso martini, passion fruit mojito.
food: garlic bread with mozzarella, potato dippers, truffle fries.

came here to know a special vegan menu is available. chandrakanth here gave agoodwalkthrough on the various dishes and his suggestions were spoton.. loved the dough balls al forno and the pizza!

always my favorite place to relax and hangout.goodlocation and the ambiance is relaxing and peaceful. sanket is awesome and friendly. i requested a cake for my friend and delivered it 💯 service 😍 plus i didn’t expect the buy 1 get 1 offer on all courses during mondays, including drinks!! the quality of food is always at its best! i always order the pescatore and never will i trade it to any pizza coz it’s the best pizza in uae! thank you for the awesome and fabulous experience!

this place is amazing!goodfood, delightful drinks, attentive, active, friendly server and most of all the ambience and the singers are awesome!!! shoutout to jay-r and to the other rnb singer who performs every thursdays only. you might be wondering why i gave only one star. we selected this place last night to celebrate one of friends birthday 11.11. so we had a booking for 5 person and was advised that table selection will be available during arrival. so i agreed as we don't have any specific preference. we reached around 6pm and was given a chance to select which table we like. that time the place was still empty but other tables were already reserved somehow. so we selected the table behind the counter as soon as you enter this place and they have us seated there. we ordered dinner and started drinking having fun and enjoying the music we kept ordering our table was full of drinks and food. around 8pm one of indian waiter came to us asking us to move to other table (the table near the kitchen no view of the stage) and he told us that the table we are seated is reserved for someone at 8:45. i told him that when we came there wasn't any signage that the table was reserved that's why selected it and they had us seated there. i also said that they should have advised us that the table was reserved for 8:45 when they let choose which table we prefer then we would have selected a different table and would have told them that we planning to stay long. he jus said that today is a busy day and we don't expect customers to stay more than 2 hours (it's a thursday night) then he said ok and left. after 10 mins he came back again urging us to leave our table. i told him clearly that we are not moving and like in a threatening way he said ok i will bring my manager. the manager came the same thing his insisting and asked us to move out of our table. he was just continously talking and i have to literally tell him to let me speak as his continously cutting me off. i told him that it was there mistake and we are not moving so i asked him what's his gonna do. it's our friends birthday and our night was ruined. no apology or anything from his side. he just said ok and walked away. to cut it short this looks like a proper racism since we are the only group of asian girls and our table was agoodspot and maybe they just wanted to give it to someone who requested the seat while booking when we were already seated there. anyhow we managed to celebrate my friends birthday and still enjoyed the night. but the experience is something you won't forget and a story to share.

still place is amazing and a must visit place. i don't wanna ruin the effort of the team just because of someone's mistake and one experience.

place is worth visiting,goodservice by mr. raman do ask for him , very welcoming and helpful. pizzas are awesome and the happy hour drinks are great. not overcrowded and very ambient place at wtc. highly recommended.

when my friend and i got in the restaurant, ronan was there to assist us- ever patient to what we needed. he even told us to sit where we felt most comfortable (goodthing there was more room for us to choose).
the place looks inviting with the musical instruments though we were not able to witness the entertainment as we came out of schedule. anyhow, my friend and i chose to take photos . also, agoodreason for us to come back and enjoy the music (hopefully soonest)
the pizza in thin crust was superb in taste - you can barely see the ingredients as they were incorporated which made it more tasty. only visible was the bacon.
their specialty punch was worth all the dirhams we spent that we finished it up to the last drop 😉
