hit and miss. first, let me say the service was outstanding. always filling up drinks, or giving us more noodles. never was anything lacking in any way. for that alone, they should be commended.
as for the food:
--boneless spare ribs outstanding. highly recommended. very meaty, and the glaze was superb.
- chicken with veggies. at most places, it comes in a brown sauce. however, here it came in a white sauce. almost like a flower-type sauce. it didn't really have a taste. i don't think i'd get that again.
-hunan chicken. it was good, but it was loaded with moreonionsand carrots than chicken. theonionsoverpowered everything, and i'm not a huge onion fan to begin with. the chicken was very chewy and one didn't need a knife to cut it. also, it had button mushrooms as opposed to the oriental mushrooms that this dish usually has.
it is in addison, so parts of the place one can smoke in. i didn't see anyone smoking when we were there, so that made it very nice.
i probably will go back for the service and ribs alone. try different main courses next time most likely.
