they have a very funky menu with every heading related to their goat theme and flowers on top of every dish, first a little bite sized dish called amuse bouche (a french term for palate cleanser) was placed infront of us..
loved how passionate the mixologist, rohan was at his work!
he recommended us 2 great mocktails & i liked them both!
-beach & this
mixture of pineapple & orange.
-star treatment
go for it if you dont mind a subtle ginger taste in your drink.
i tried a couple of dishes and almost all of them looked like a piece of art!a very fancy, appealing & neat plating.
•pan tossed wild mushroom with parmesan cheese and topped with micro greens.
a very filling dish with good quantity.
•punjabi chicken tikka was packed with flavours, tender and succulent! flecked with flowers & herbs.it had a peri peri glaze giving it a glossy & attractive look.
•i also tried the guntur chilly chicken which basically is an andra dish with curry leaves and a lovely hint of spice.
•ain’t a big crab fan but tried the crab meat toast thats crispy, creamy, satisfyingly loaded with crab meat and zest of tartar sauce!
•the prawns pepper fry came with 5 medium sized prawns having a dominant peppery flavour & beautifully paired with dollops of curd rice foam.
okay and finally the dessert..
the deconstructed serradura!
a complete next level.
right from the plating to the taste everything was bang on!
very light with a jam kinda something at the bottom of the serradura giving it a very balanced sweetness and with nuts at the side you get a crunch in every bite!
highly recommending you to try this.
