went here for breakfast, the food was great with exceptionally fast service. great meal options especially for gluten free. will definitely be back!

haven't been here for a while but every time i hit hamilton i always try my best to come by for breakfast. service is lovely and attentive. the food here is the typical café breakfast food but everything is always nicely done and i've never had a bad experience. they get my eggs bene right too! one of my biggest pet peeve is when cafes don't seem to know how to poach an egg properly!

went to jacks the other morning before work for my morning coffee, and decided to treat myself to a toastie. as per usual the coffee was fantastic. the toastie however was below par. the toastie was really little and squished right down to nothing. it was only about 2cm thick, and had barely any filling. pretty disappointing considering it set me back 6$- i could get a lot more for $6 elsewhere. lucky the coffee is still good...

had lunch today & was pleasantly surprised. has a 'local suburban' feel, but the food was great. served quickly and was very tasty. i had the gash stack from specials board, wife had a chicken quesadilla which was also good. coffee was a little cool but ok. will definitely be back.

took my mother in law here for breakfast last week. we were greeted with a smile..always a good start. nice counter food options ..ordered coffee and pancakes .. order arrived in good time dispite them being busy. coffee had a good flavour was good temp which i enjoyed. nice place to sit outside and the additions into the adjoining shop give this once small cafe a open and inviting atmosphere with a modern style. well done guys we enjoyed our visit.

the service was pretty inattentive, but some people might like being completely left alone. the pancakes were yummy and filling and the english breakfast tea was enjoyable. it’s a decent place :) i’d go again.

one of my favourite cafes in hamilton by far! they never disappoint, the staff is always super kind & accomodating. the food portions are great for the prices, not to mention their food is absolutely delicious! quick service as well. plenty of space to sit and enjoy. 11/10 recommend 😁

this is my stop off place to grab a coffee. i love the ambience
of this place and always enjoy a yummy treat to go with my great coffee.
the staff are always so lovely and helpful. my friends also love to go here and just relax and wind down.

had an americano, very smooth. needs more vege options but the meals they do have are very nice!!! staff are friendly and its a nice place. would defiantly come back !

get the jacks breakfast, it’s a feed and a half. you won’t be going hungry until well past a few hours after.
eggs were cooked perfectly, the ciabatta was toasted beautifully. after a nights driving from wellington, waking up to breakfast here was one of our best decisions.

fantastic place for breakfast / lunch / brunch. feels like most of the customers here are regulars. and it makes sense as the ambience and the staff are warm and welcoming. came here with my cousins, we all ordered something different. we got the famed eggs benedict, the salmon bagel and their mushroom omelette. everything was delicious and quite filling. we also tried some some of the cakes - the lemon and feijoa chocolate cakes were fantastic. definitely worth a visit next time you're in the area!

jacks does the best eggs benny in town. they don’t spare the horses when it comes to hollandaise sauce!! all my dreams come true in that moment. attentive staff at the counter. busy off their feet, doubt they will clear your tables in time but give them a break. no maitre’d present which is the norm i guess but would be welcome personality to such a busy cafe.

love this place- big breakfasts are high standard- ice chocolate thingy was delicious. lovely venue with a nice outside area but it is always quite a long wait here even for drinks but that can be forgiven because it's a nice place to dine all round
