ahhh!. there a couple of meals that i get a real hankering for every once and a while, bangers and mash, and corned beef and cabbage. the bangers and mash are solid comfort, but the corned beef was killer. nice and tender, juicy and with a mustard sauce that couldn't get enough of, add a nice big wedge of braised cabbage and bliss.

have been here 3 times. service is subpar. had issues with our waitress and at the bar on separate occasions. food is decent, but not sure it's worth the price.

this bar was amazing. the staff was nice as well as the guests that were there. when we went they had a band one of the best bands i've ran into at a small bar, but they do have an upstairs if you want something more quite. the food is good i've been for lunch as well as just a place to have drinks with some friends. there patty melt is to die for.

okay. i want to love this place. i went twice on this trip. the fish and chips is just so so. the chicken boxty is really good. the service hasn't been great. the first night they asked my friends and i to leave (even though it was only 11 and their hours said open till 2). the next night the waitress was rude and unavailable. sad because we spent over 150$ here in a span of two days!

maybe i just didn't get the right thing but the lamb curry was fairly bland with tough pieces of meat. otherwise though i like jack quinn's as a bar, good whiskey selection and great atmosphere, just maybe not the place for a girl's night dinner.

celtic ruben and onion rings are great. bangers and mash were also very good. patio seating is dog friendly, and indoor space is pretty and cozy, but not cramped.

jack quinn's irish pub and restaurant with one of the first restaurants i visited in colorado springs… i'm a fan of irish pubs in the food therein. jack quinn's didn't disappoint, but it didn't really wow either. there is often live bands, trivia nights, and tuesday at hosts the jaquine's running club which make it a fun and lively venue for meeting with friends as long as you can handle the loud volume.

horrible service. if your female and don't walk in drunk, good luck even getting passed the hostesses. i had to literally barge passed them to join my party. then i was apparently still not good enough and was served last in my secretion by the waiter, oh yes and people who walked in later than me were served first. don't go here the bad food and truly terrible service are not worth it.

i really wanted to like this place:(. well, i will clarify...i really wanted to like the food. i like the ambiance and drinks were good and even the appetizer wasn't too bad (the fried pickles and onion rings, forgot the actual name, sorry). i had the chicken pot pie, my husband had the fish and chips. my "pot pie" (using the term loosely!) tasted like a can of campbell's chunky soup (with mushrooms and peas tossed in for good measure) dumped in a bowl with a square of puff pastry placed on top. i swear it actually had the same flavor that every single flavor of chunky soup has. and i guess the puff pastry was the justification for calling it a "pot pie" ....maybe? my husband said the fish was good but the chips were actually potato wedges. not what you normally expect chips to be (ie french fries

great atmosphere and decent food. a reliable lean bar for a proper pint of guinness and some fun conversations, jack quinn's is an institution in this town. the old world wood panelled walls and nooks, along with the competent barkeeps, make this place a must visit for both regulars and visitors. the food is excellent, with tasty options like the homemade chips and irish nachos, the richly prepared shepherd's pie, good fish and chips, decent corned beef and cabbage, and a right generous irish breakfast, replete with bangers, mushrooms, blood sausage and fried tomato. i most recently tried their curried lamb and onions with rice. it's was mild, very tasty, but perhaps a bit one dimensional. maybe if they added cauliflower or a bit more vegetables for a crunchier texture it would be better. that said, the lamb itself was very tender and the curry was evenly balanced. they have live music on occasion, and are typically jammed full on friday and saturday night. it is a wonderful irish pub.

best fish & chips in the springs. the only down side is they give you a very small side of cole slaw with the meal so ask for a bigger portion.

such a cute and fun place. nice little irish pub. i had the chicken pot pie...it was good, but i wouldn't say it was the best ever. i stil want to try the shepherds pie, since i've heard such good things. my boyfriend likes the pulled turkey sandwich. i also tried his fries, and i loved them. they had an irish band playing one night...talk about feeling cultured! go check it out!
