can be expensive but its worth it!greatfood and plenty of drink choices. i love that they let u sample before you buy.

i used to love this place, but i've been there twice at lunchtime over the past three weeks and had terrible service. the wait staff seemed more intent on congregating behind the bar and talking about customers in the bar than taking care of their patrons. in addition, they were out of the first three beers that i ordered on my first trip.

for a pub that used to be excellent, it's fallen pretty far.

easily the best irish pub in the city. the chef's special (and yes, they really have a chef) is great, no matter what it happens to be. add this to one of the most extensive beer lists in the midwest and you have an easy, inexpensive dining choice with agreatatmosphere.

i'll be back for sure!. love the food and love the drinks!!! the deck is a pretty neat spot to just sit back and drink! def love coming here and i wish we had a jk's near rochester! who cares- i'm willing to drive an hour to hang with friends and have agreattime!!

not only a beautiful bar,greatfood as well!. where else are you going to get a pasty around here?!

the bar is gorgeous, and as someone who doesn't bar hop or really go out often, i find it a very inviting and not at all intimidating atmosphere. the beer list is a dream, and the menu is just as good. i only wish i'd get downtown more often to visit, it's just a step above most establishments in town. i can see the love and attention to detail that was put into the place and i really appreciate that.

where else can you get corned beef and cabbage?. jk o'donnell's does offer something that no other place in the area does. i've never been to ireland but i imagine a nice pub there to look and feel exactly like this pub does. the owners have done agreatjob showing characteristics that are unique and fun. the grub is also pretty tasty. there are many menu items that remind me of all those traditional irish dishes that i always see on rick steve's europe. the corned beef and cabbage, irish stew, and fish and chips are a few of my favorites. as a whole, i feel like everything is about a dollar too much overpriced, but part of the appeal of this crafty pub is its uniqueness and originality. the craft beer list is outstanding. if you aren't a beer drinker be sure to check out their wine list. surprisingly, it's very diverse.

jk's = best pub in ft wayne. jk's is locally owned by a ceo of fort wayne metals and is a one of a kinda pub in the area. it has agreateuropean atomosphere and hundreds of beer selections. it also hasgreatfood. any time you go there every tv will be on the fox soccer channel which i love being a huge soccer fan. it is a bit more expensive then your average pub, but is worth it if you are in the mood for a cold beer and some irish food. be careful what time you go there because it is always packed at prime hours, especially on weekends.

fun downtown pub. every visit to j.k. o'donnell's has been very enjoyable. i'm not a big beer drinker but my friends appreciate thegreatselection. i agree that some of the food is a little expensive but the plates are large. the pub fries with curry mayo are awesome!

if you want a beer.... ...this is agreatchoice for you! their beer selection is massive and seems that it can satisfy anyone. this is the closest thing in america to a real irish pub. the menu and atmosphere certainly reflect it.

still, i have mixed feelings about the exclusively-irish style menu so i won't comment on that. it's worth your time to try it!

one of my favorite places in the whole city. huge beer list, hearty food,greatatmosphere. a touch pricey but worth it for the environment.greatplace to hangout, have a drink, and be able to hear each other while still being laid back.

great beer selection. the beer selection is great. the place looks like an irish applebee's though. an irish pub needs blood on the floors, a couple dart boards, not cold duck appetizers and "right out of the freezer" fish and chips...did i mention thegreatbeer selection?
