iron hill brewery & restaurant

great spot. my husband and i were at this location a few weeks ago and everything was great. may is national burger month and the cinco de mayo burger was amazing. hands down the best burger i have ever had. the service and management are very accommodating and very eager to make sure your experience is good.

also...iron hill media, please bring the cinco de maibock into your regular rotation!

i've been to other iron hill breweries. we decided to come here on a whim from philly. we ordered cheeseburgers and drank beers. out of all the iron hills i have been to, this is by far the best one we've been to! great food and great service!

glad to see an iron hill brewery out here.  not as nice or big as some of the other locations, but we really enjoyed our meal here.  there's always a nice selection of beer, and a nice variety of food.  it's a little pricey, but we've always enjoyed iron hill (at their various locations) for a nice night out.

my husband and i dined here last friday night and really thought it was just okay for the price.  it's a large restaurant and bar with a great crowd with a huge variety of beer and offers late night dining.  though for two of us is was $70 without any drinks, if we're going to spend that on diner there as so many other places i would enjoy more.  cheesesteak eggrolls were greasy, beef stroganoff was incredibly too rich and seafood potpie hardly had any seafood.  our appetizer came about two minutes before our entrees which is poor service.  when we were seated the drink napkins we were given were previously used and actually had writing on them then a server was vacuuming right next to our table and hit my feet with the vacuum - i didn't know if we were on some kind of show that pranks people.  being its a pub maybe we should of stuck to pub food such as sandwiches and burgers though we won't be rushing back to find out.

this is another of my favorite places. i found it on this app about 4-5 years ago while travelling through the area and look forward to returning on every trip.
iron hill is a local brew pub with about a half dozen or so outlets in and around philly. i've been to three locations but this one in media (not too far from the airport is my favorite. it has an upscale feel (similar to gordon biersch if you know it), big open concept seating and the brewing apparatus visible. the staff at this location have always been top notch.
the beer is excellent and a wide variety of options are available. the bonus is that the food is also quite good. i've had a variety of dishes here over the years and all have been excellent - i do have a particular weakness for the voodoo chicken pizza.

it's a little pricier than some places - dinner drinks and dessert ran about $45 tip in, but given the quality of the experience, it's worth it.

so many great options on their huge menu. i have never had something i didn't like. burgers, salads, entrees and small plates that we have tried have all been delicious! also, their beers are delicious. i love their seasonal options. great place to go with family or friends.

everything i've ever had here has been awesome. i love the cheesesteak egg rolls and fried goat cheese. their burgers, fish and chips, and salads are also great! they have the best kids menu too. it's quite extensive, and kids can pick two sides or one side and ice cream for dessert. both the regular and kids menus offer healthy and indulgent options. we are always happy with our experiences here.

last sunday the sweetie and i spent the afternoon hiking the gorgeous nature trails at tyler arboretum . it was a great way to end the fourth of july weekend in relative peace and quiet, away from the hordes down at the jersey shore. after three hours communing with nature, however, we were really, really hungry—and in need of a refreshing beverage! while i am not a huge beer enthusiast, there is something about a lot of physical activity in the great outdoors that just calls for a frosty cool one. and if i’m going to drink beer, i like it to be fresh made and preferably straight from a local brewery. from my online research of the media area near tyler, iron hill brewery seemed like a perfect choice for an early sunday dinner. at the end of the night i can say it was definitely worth the stop for their refreshing beer, but the food was a little hit-or-miss. some things were great but i think you do have to be careful what you order, and stick more to bar-food basics. we got to iron hi

yum!. it's nice to see a restaurant in the area that has decent food and drinks. we've been here a few times and sampled a good amount of the menu, and there's always a good reason to come back. their beers are delicious, and they let you try a nice amount of any of their brews before you commit to one. the food is always great and cooked properly, including the steaks. most of their items come with various dipping sauces of some sort, all of which are delicious. the staff is friendly and efficient - we had lulu as our server the first time and she kept us happy and made us want to come back. for very picky people with high expectations or for your average joe, iron hill does not disappoint.

i really enjoy breweries in general but iron hill is one of the best. place is very clean. service is usually quick (unless you go at a really busy time). i've been here a few times and gotten a few different items each time.

first time i got a pulled pork sandwich. it was good, but after awhile the bread became really soggy so it was tough to eat. after this i usually just stuck with the pizza which i thought was very good.

the beers at iron hill are very good and if you're not familiar with beer the waiters know all about each of them and will help you pick which one is best for you. they will even give you a few samples to try to make sure you like it before you buy. and since they make the beer themselves the beer prices are cheaper then most

great experience!. i decided to throw my good friend a surprise birthday dinner. there was to be about 20 of us and i had no idea how hard it would be to accommodate a party of that size on a saturday night. iron hill had no issues with us all coming in and didn't make me feel that we'd be a "nuisance" like some other places had when i called to make reservations.
it was my first time there and i will definitely be back. food was good, beer was great. and even though a good amount of the party didn't show up, they never made us feel like they were put out by us being there. everyone had a great time and the birthday girl was happy. :) will definitely check out the other locations as well.

tonight was my first time eating there. it was a great experience. the waiter made it fun, and basically planned our meals(beers, entrees, and dessert) for my friends and i. i would recommend this place to others.

usualy the food is great, but not tonight. my salad came out wet, yes wet as in so much water on the leaves i could not taste the dressing. also asked for xtra guac, stil wating. my flat iron steak was so chewey i am still chewing it. server was new, he was nice. i will be back they must of just had a bad night.

waiter are very professional, quick and courteous. i'm siting and enjoying this place even though they made my wife drive for id.

here's the thing about iron hill. it's got great beer, and it's a good place to go for happy hour where you can get decent food. with an added bonus of outdoor seating...what more could you ask for?
