customer service. the reason i decided to go here was because i had tried inkcoffeeat a restaurant over the weekend and loved it. i decided ink
was my newcoffeeplace. on this particular morning i had a more urgent need (you know what i mean). i asked the clerk if i could have the key and order mycoffeeafter. she said i had to order first. i told her it was urgent. she still refused, even though i assured her i would order when i got back. i went away angry, walked down to caribou, used the facility and ordered mycoffeeand pastry. i think ink does not give a hoot about their customer, and that this attitude is very insensitive. too bad. thecoffeeis good, but i don't care. i like the respect and friendliness that you find at caribou, and thecoffeeis also good. i won't go back to ink!
