first of all i appreciate the taste of food and decorum maintain by restaurant... but rate charged is quite higher and i have witnessed one of the slowestserviceever

best place to hangout wid friends. obviously it is best for the people who loves to have tea or coffee and any other stuff wid the scenic beauty as well... so here you can enjoy a wide variety of chai coffee.... wid a view of lake and a lovely sunset... prices are normal... i gave it a 4 stars because i found theirserviceis little slow.. that u can't get the chairs arranged properly and also the tables well cleaned sometimes...otherwise its gud in all terms... 👍 👍 👍 👍
i suggest u to try zafraan chai, masala chai nd also peri perii.

the place, taste,service& hospitality is pathetic. trust me there are a lot of better places than this. do not waste your time & money.
the staff lack hygiene and their behaviour is pathetic

terrible service. the only good thing about this place is it's location and it's vibe. food is extremely average, andserviceis absolutely terrible. they make you wait for 1, sometimes 2 hours for very simple orders, the staff is terribly incompetent and they brush you off when you give feedback. would recommend only if you have a lot of time and just want to sit and chill, have tea.

our order came in 2 hours. we went for a breakfast, they kept on delaying it despite repetitive complaints. theirserviceis extremely poor and non realiable which completely ruins your experience.

good varieties of coffee and tea are available here. food is also good and reasonable.serviceis good. the place offers great view of lake.

one the best place to get the view of lake in bhopal. it provides decent tea. and was satisfied with it. that's the only two okay thing here. theservicehere is abysmal. insects were literally crawling at tables. there was no one to clean the tables after someone was done. chairs were so dirty that bethne me bhi sochna pd rha tha. now coming to food. i ordered fries here and it took them 30 mins or soo. and the quantity was so less for rs 70. the staff was not at all nice to us. it was the most disappointing experience from such place. there was no professionalism that could be seen in staff.

decent tea, late service, unhygienic place, overpriced, abysmal staff

chai cafes are trending these days and indian tea house is the endearing tea cafe in the town which amidst the lake view.
whatever you will order, they have got the secret recipe for it and you will fall for its taste. however, theserviceis slow but it's worth waiting.
i would recommend to try zaffron tea, cheese maggi and paneer chikka sandwich

worstservicei ordered chicken sandwich and tea found fly in sandwich staff denied abt that very unprofessional there respond so weird.
