but one thing i strictly want to mention - the manchurian you sent ,one of them was having "kankar nodules" which spoilt the taste and was risky on health regards so it's a clear warning to you for this , food must be risk free atleast ,check on your team today is kankar tomorrow it could be anything,follow sop properly and keep cooking.
