good teriyaki. here in the puget sound area there are about a million little mom 'n pop teriyaki joints.. some good , some not so good, and a few especially good… ichi teriyaki in 'downtown' federal way is in the latter group… there's nothing pretentious about the place… but it's clean, the service is friendly, the prices reasonable.. and most importantly, the teriyaki is dang tasty. a nice , sweet sauce.. what more can you ask? i have no real complaints at all.. i've eaten there numerous times and will continue.. a couple observations.. the entrée portions could stand to be a little larger (since they're so good i'm alwaysleftwishing there was a little more).. and the place can get a little crowded at times… which just means it's popular..
