the burger bread was stale and dry. have been having ice burgers for quite long in the outlet but ordered for the firsttimeand was so disappointed. stale burger and chiken popcorn had raw smell

food was cold fries were cold. it seems delivery was made very late...some confidence of valets of taking in too much of orders at atimeand delivering them late.horrible experience

i literally didn't expected this from indian chiken express.
the chiken strips were too small, i regularly order strips meal from ice but thistimethey've just overloaded the fries and the fries tastes absolutely worthless this time. and you can see the size of the chiken strips. though another thing is that the order i've got from ice was around 15 minutes late.. try to improve your time. and improve your quality of the food.

i have tried your chicken popcorn many times.. and rated 5/5 but thistimethe portion was not that as before and the quality is not good this time. sorry for the review. i hope nexttimeyou will deliver as it was before.

why do you charge so much for so less? i had heard a lot about ice. i also had ordered before and the experience was a little better as compared to now. thistimethe quality and quantity both have degraded even more! kindly please work on it.

food at ice was great. i was a regular customer. but since last 2timei get really small pieces in the 6 piece fried chicken. and also 2 of the pieces were stinking. they had gone bad. please improve. i have been a loyal customer. and would like to remain one. but not if you compromise on quality.
