i haveordereda customised message with printed card as valentine's gift. but nothing has been added and it's delivered as normal order oly. it's very saddening!

weorderedcaribbean almond and chocolate overload. we couldn’t differentiate between the two, and the worst of all was that we could taste the cornstarch packaging used for the ice cream, rather than the ice cream it self. the ice cream in over all felt like some cold ice stuff in your mouth rather than any flavour. there’s no flavour in those ice creams at all. per scoop comes upto 125/- incl. gst and delivery charges but not worth the price.

there is little doubt that their ice creams are great. there is a wide variety and it's great quality.

the issue i faced today was with the pricing. iorderedabt 100 ml i.e. 1 scoop of honey fig in a shake. so ideally i should have been charged around 150 for it(100-120 for one scoop + 30 for milk). i was shocked to see myself billed for 224 gms which i neverorderedin the first place.

since i had already consumed the shake, i paid for it. however this reflects poorly on the business ethics of this place and through this i intend to warn their customers to ensure correct billing and portion before consumption
